The motel smelled like marijuana as soon as entering and the bathroom wasn’t clean along with the both beds they had animal hair and dirt on them I ended up leaving and not even staying there

The hotel is very run down and the patch work is not attractive. It spelled like marijuana no matter where you entered from. The room itself is baron and unwelcoming. The shower had several loose hairs on the walls and the room was musty. Towels are extremely small for adults and worn out. We will not be staying her again.

The place seemed clean, we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. We were never able to get the tv to work. It could have just been us. It was ok for the money.

3/10 I know these are budget hotels but the standard is poor. The reviews are not accurate. Bathroom light was broken. Stains on bed sheets had been covered by folding the sheet. Air con was so noisy it had to be fully switched off. I woke up to find several bites from bugs. Hard to believe that these places stay in business.

We will stop next year on the way down
The lady checking us in was so friendly. I called early in the morning to ask if we could check in early & they got us in. Would suggest better bath towels

Small but clean room, cable remote was very tricky. Hot water & towels were good. No amenities - no shampoo, conditioner, breakfast, & no good place to take my dog out. The grounds became overrun with sprickets at nightfall (spider crickets), and I did find 1 cockroach in my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they did serve good coffee in the morning. Bed was ok, pillows not so much

Hillsboro Motel 6
Very Clean. Walls are thin so could have a noise problem - dogs and loud mouths in the hallway. Overall good!

Floor was filthy leading up the stairs, animal hair tracked everywhere and the whole place smelled like cat litter and dog poop. The bathroom was filthy, cigarette butts and nasty stains on bathroom floor. There were ROACHES in the room as well. It was a very uncomfortable experience but everywhere else was sold out.. I will not be returning and only wish i could get my money back for the terrible experience.

We were happy that our pets were allowed to stay without an added fee. We didn't know that this location didn't have an elevator so being on the 2nd floor was a bit harder to fir us to bring items in from our vehicle. Also harder when we travel with pets too. Otherwise it neet our expectations.
