The place at the lake was very nice It was great that we could eat outside Breakfast was lovely Everything was clean The beds sleep well and the bathroom and shower were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful Patking is sometimes a bit difficult We did have a room with half lake view and that was super except for thechurchbell that start ringing every 15 min and starts at 6 in the morning and ends at 10 pm No mosquitos at night

Very nice hotel with wonderful lake views
Hotel is very nicely located right on the lake, with wonderful views. Its an older building but very well maintained, with updated modern bathrooms. There was an odd odor in the room I was initially given, but there was no problem switching me to another room and in fact I received a free upgraded room form the very cordial reception staff without asking for it. There are grocery stores as well as very nice waterfront parks nearby. Free parking was a bonus too

Great hotel but at a 25 mins drive from interlaken
Good hotel with nice views of the lake. Staff was friendly and did a quick check in. Rooms were very nice and quite spacious... It was a 25 mins drive from interlaken which was a bit too much for us. But then it was quiet and relaxing. Not many choices to eat nearby but we had our dinner in interlaken and came back to hotel to sleep. Although I have no negatives about the hotel but if I come next time, I would choose a hotel nearer to interlaken...
