“The hotel is roughly 30 mins walk from the central train station which was still manageable. Just 5 mins walk to the beach and I enjoyed a stroll there very much. It was an amazing experience from the moment of checking-in, surprised by coffee and snack. The happy hour, consisting of selection of canapes and wine was certainly a delight. Room was spacious and complimentary amenity kit was given. In-room Jacuzzi was wonderful. Watching sunset at the rooftop was also enjoyable. Breakfast was truly……

“I really liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The guy who cleaned the room was especially friendly and made me feel valued as a guest. This was my first time staying at this hotel but having stayed in about fifteen hotels in Tel Aviv over the years, I’m sure I will return to Jacob Samuel in the future. One small thing: hair conditioner and body lotion would have been appreciated. ”

“In general, it was not bad at all, although the room itself looked bigger in the picture. The balcony is unnecessarily huge!!!!!!!!!!!!. For that kind of balcony, I would definitely add a hot tub. If I knew the room was that small, I would probably book a different, bigger room for the same/lower price”

“The stay was good. But the false fire alarm upset people. The manager and employees are very friendly. Also the breakfast is awesome and you will go to the cafeteria in their other collection.”

“Very good location near the beach and stores, but it's one-way street not so convenient. Room is too stuffed, even elevators, TV and bathroom are also small, but the bed is very big. Great breakfast and cool bar, but waiters always come to ask for tips, which makes a little uncomfortable. We added one more night, but the rate went up without informing us in advanced. They even asked us to check out first and re-checked in. We almost needed to move rooms around. They said the couldn't accept……
