The bed was not comfortable. We had to sleep at the 2 edges of the bed because the bed sagged toward the middle. It should have been replaced a long time ago

The hotel lobby was very clean and had really good reviews online. The room was not clean and it smelled strongly of mildew. There was water damage all around the bathroom and carpet. I would not stay here again!

The check in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious for a family of four. The free breakfast had lots of options including waffles, cereal, oatmeal bar, eggs, bacon, gravy, biscuits, packaged pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee, and milk. While the beds were full/queen size, the area around the beds was open enough to not feel cramped while in the room. The cleanliness was in need of improvement. The room was dusty, the hallways/stairs of the hotel needed vacuuming, and the hotel smelled like food smells, as if there wasn’t enough venting in the food prep area. Overall, we needed an affordable and convenient place to stop enroute to our destination, and this hotel fit the bill.

Easy and clvalue, great bed. ...i am a global traveller. Needing to do a sleeping pit stop here. The rooms are cleaner than a W HOTEL. Breakfas is decent Value for convenience . The property ia fenced wIchh gives you a sense of security, especially in a dangeroous counrey like the USA

Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was average offerings. Didn't know there were flavored waffles until after I have plain ones. Should be a clearer sign. Saw man get the flavor but he didn't want it. I said something to him about the strawberry flavor. He said What? I had no idea. Not sure if he kept them. Had to take dog to pee a few times during stay. Back door right across from my room. But the out side was nasty. Cigarette buts and just dirty. Had to clean off dog paws upon return to room.

Desk attendant was cursing because of a reset issue eith his creditcard terminal. I tried to joke about it but he just see.ed more annoyed. It wasalmost 1am and i was still ina good mood, but he was most definitely not. Bathroom ceiling had alot of water damage. The room was cleanand bedswere comfortable.

Staying consistently for work in Hardeeville, this place was half the price of the others 1 exit apart. The lower price did not reflect quality. It was safe, quiet, clean in and out, bed was a king size plenty of pillows, carpets were all clean, had one minor issue with the tv not operating properly and when they couldn’t resolve it THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE TV inside of a half hour. Staff was friendly, smiling everytime I came and went and they have a full breakfast in the morning.

We have stayed at this property before. However, during this stay we encountered the following: the bed frame was broken on one of the beds making it unusable. The tv did not work. The phone did not work. The desk clerk did come to the room and try to remedy the situation. He could not resolve the problems. As the hotel was fully booked, we could not change rooms.
