Very nice hotel

In town for two days the hotel met my expectations. Buffet breakfast was nice but should have been free or a lower cost.

Coffee maker but no coffee

Pros: Staff was pleasant but unable to resolve the coffee issue in the room.
Cons: Order sufficient supplies so they are available in the room.
Location: Location was a bit difficult to get to from the highway and the signage was not great. There are several restaurants close by.
There was a nice Kuerig coffee maker in the room but there was no coffee. When we called the front desk they said they were out of regular coffee. They offered decaf or tea.

Nice property

This property is hidden away right beside the bridge going out to Hilton Head Island. We will not hesitate to go back here on our next Hilton Head trip. Staff was excellent!

Nice Hotel but need to upgrade handicap rooms

Pros: clean
Cons: upgrade handicap rooms
Location: Kind of hard to get into coming from the Interstate
Had a handicap room which had no hand rail to help get out of tub and I had a bad fall and the GM avoided talking to me

Was there for a shower for a couple of friends and found everything I needed; location, convenience, shopping, comfort, cleanliness and more. Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Hilton Head.
