the best staff in all my entire travels hotel service condition ,food clean in all areas the BEST....

nice to place to stay

Pros: clean and close to all shopping areas
Cons: room service was slow.
Location: lots of shopping areas
it was nice to place to stay and clean. room service was bit slow but over all it was good.

Cons: fix the beds
The adjustable bed wouldn't adjust. Woke up in the middle of the night in a bed sinkhole

Great overnight stop.

Great stop over for a wrestling team competition. Very nice staff, clean hotel and good breakfast, too.

Check your bed settings

Hotel was very nice but bed are adjustable which my husband and I did not realize and we slept terrible like sleeping in a hole. Also was not informed breakfast if not apart of certain Hilton club was $11.95 and was not quality of $11.95 breakfast. Otherwise hotel very nice.

Okay for a Hilton

I typically always stay at a hilton or hampton because of my experiences in the past. Comparatively, this one was average, nothing special. the rooms were large and roomy as usual. We had a suite which was good for the work we had to do. The room was clean and well kept. The front desk employees, though very kind and thoughtful, were exceptionally slow! Getting into the hotel, if you didn't know the trick of turning early going through the gas station well before it, was a pain as there is no U turn at the entrance as my GPS directed. If you didn't know that trick, you have to cross the busy, congested Hilton Head bridge and make a U turn then. annoying!

Good Stay

Good stay. Signage was almost non-existent. No signs on Hwy 278-Must be improved

Stayed her for a couple of nights after hurricane Matthew. The staff was spread thin but very accommodating. Everyone's nerves were a little frazzled, Alex (at the front desk) seemed to just take it all in stride!!
