Pros: Location was great and it was very peaceful.
Cons: Check in was a little confusing.
Location: Beach access within walking distance. Bike and kayak rentals close by.
Great location and peaceful! Easy walking distance to beach, bike and kayak rentals.

Resort lovely but administrative staff needs help

Pros: Wonderful tennis. Great beach.
Cons: Buildings are old and need fixing, e.g.the locks on the windows didn't work properly. They were doing construction the and for 2 days we heard bangin
Location: Great tennis. Great beach. Beautiful surroundings
Resort was great but check in and check out was beyond difficult. We were told check in was 5 pm. When we got there there was no one to greet us. We called the number listed and were told to look at the lock box to get our check in packet. Where was the lock box we asked. At 10 Robert Trent Ave. Where is that we asked. No idea said the woman-I'm only covering. When we went to check out I couldn't find the check out time. Turned out it was 10AM. Called the hotel to ask for an extra hour or two. We were told the hotel didn't cover the property-we'd have to cal Expedia. When I called expedia, they6 said they'd have to ask the hotel. Hotel said no-guests were checking in that day. Seeing that there was almost no one staying there I don't believe that. Talk about a runaround.....

Spring Break Vacation

Pros: The condo was nice -- two bedrooms, nice living area and kitchen.
Cons: The staff! The management company said all our problems occurred because we booked via Expedia instead of directly with them.
Location: Three golf courses, lots of bike trails and the beach.
Due to airline problems we checked after normal business hours. We had a hard time finding someone who knew of our reservation. After two hours we finally located our arrival packet. It had the wrong car pass and the keys to our condo did not work. It was extremely frustrating.
