This property is "Out in the boondocks" with little choice in eating establishments nearby. It's an old property, and while it was clean, doors opening to the parking lot is not my idea of a safe place to stay. We'll pass next time.

It was an older building. Very musty. They’ve tried to update it with a coat of paint. But overall old and not a clean building. There was also a dead cockroach in my sisters room.

The property was sold as a handicapped accessible ropm which ot wad not. The toilet was 13 in off tje floor snd there were no grab bars in the toilet area at all. My husband had to pull me up after i went to the toilet. The grab bars around the shower area were set up for a man. They were so tall that i did not attempt to take a shower. This place should never sell a room to a handicapped individual. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Place was as clean as a cleaner can manage but it did have mold around the bathroom ceiling and the paint was flaking off the ceiling in the bedroom area. Reception staff were great, had an adequate average breakfast (muffins, toast, waffle, etc) coffee and tea were tepid though, not really drinkable. Overall, for the price it was reasonable

In cold weather, the heater was not working, and it was freezing. When I contacted the front desk, someone told me there was no one to help. Also, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and I had to kill it for my kids to use it. The rooms were dirty, too

Room was clean; bed comfortable. However, the TV reception was horrible - flickering, blurry, unwatchable (in our room & breakfast room, so we assume it was that way throughout the hotel). The worst though was the breakfast - eggs cold and rubbery; no breakfast meat; no pastries; coffee VERY weak; juices so watery they were undrinkable. The only restaurant nearby was the one in the hotel - food was pretty good; drinks were awful. Would not stay here again even though it was less expensive than other places nearby.

There was a surprise hold fee of $150. Got to our room and there was hair on the freshly made bed. Which says to me that someone was in there after it was “cleaned”. Cobwebs everywhere. Mold on bathroom ceiling along with chipped and peeling paint and hair on the bathroom walls… we had to clean it ourselves. Not to mention we asked for late check out . While the rep at the desk agreed they never communicated it to housekeepers and they were banging on our door and yelling at us.

CONVENIENT TO I-95 BAD MAINTENANCE AT THE PROPERTY. 1ST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FLOOR. WHEN WE WERE MOVING OUR STUFF IN THERE WAS WATER COMING UP BETWEEN THE FLOORING BOARDS FOR ABOUT SIX FEET IN FRONT OF THE SINK. WENT AND REPORTED IT TO THE FRONT DESK, COULD NOT GET THROUGH ON THR PHONE. THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM NEXT DOOR. IT WAS BETTER. THIS MORNING THE WATER WOULD NOT DRAIN IN THE BATHROOM SINK WHILE WE WASHED OUR FACE AND BRUSHED OUR TEETH. THE ONLY WAY TO GET IT TO DRAIN IS TO LIFT THE STOPPER WITH MY FINGERNAILS AND THATS SURELY NOT SANITARY. WENT TO FRONT DESK TO CHECK OUT AND MAN SAID HE KNEW OF THE PROBLEM BUT DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE US ALL THE WAY TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. DEFINATELY WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE

I had to clean the bathroom before I could actually use it. TV was barely functional. One ice machine was broken. The grounds were garbage strewn & parking spaces should be checked for nails. This place is one step from the Bates Motel. The on-site restaurant is fabulous - the only reason to go anywhere near this horror show

Ok but not worth the price
First of all nothing like the pictures. I had a do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still came into my room. I am the type I do not want anyone in my room if I am not there. And there must be a club or bar there or near there cause they was booming till late in the night. Hard to sleep

Hotels.com as well the hotel will not receive services from friend’s family members as well as self. I had To trace miles home with 5 kids and a deceased aunt. Main reasons for travel was to visit her in the ICU. Took my money sis not stay at the hotel wanted 150-200 more after room was reserved

From dead insects to smell of poop
This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stay!!! Will never choose another other then best western!! I should of pay those extra $30.. beside the dead spider by the bathroom and Safe then the small roach walking inside the fridge also the brown water coming out of the bathtub and the SMELL OF POOP at the door entrance this was the worst stay ever! I guess this was remodeled but it was bad! Will NEVER EVER STAY HERE!
