This was my third visit to the Westin. When you walk in, the lobby is scented and cool. The staff is incredibly friendly and self parking is free. The resort is clean, updated and beautiful. We'll be back!

This was our first time to the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Our visit focused on the beach and the pool and we weren't disappointed. Super relaxing visit. This was the first of many visits we will make to this resort! Had a grand time!

The property was very nice and the staff was friendly. Outside of the resort dining options weren’t far in distance but the drive time was pretty significant. If I had some recommendations, I would suggest having more pool side servers and monitoring the water in the hot tub. The water was dirty each time we got in. The weather was chilly so I’m sure it was getting used more frequently than most times.

Food service needs improvement! Although staff was friendly, wait times to receive our food took 1-2 hours. Dinner took the longest to arrive and food was not hot. Did not have house keeping until 2 days after arrival. Had to request towels and toilet paper. Again, staff was super friendly and accommodated as much as possible, but not was obvious they were short staffed.

I did not like that house keeping and food services would bang continuously on the door instead of knocking. It was very disruptive to my sleep and jarring. I will say that the Valet staff did an excellent job. They were very professional and accommodating.

I liked that we were able to upgrade our room to an ocean view room at a reasonable price. The food was excellent and I liked that the property is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly, however, I had a question about getting things restocked/cleaned for our room and the maid did not speak any English and didn’t know what I was asking.

Beautiful resort, great beach access. We have stayed for 1 night with our dog on Dec 22nd. Pools are clean and landscaping so pretty. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff super friendly and hotel smells heavenly. We will be back.
