2 Barrier Beach Cove is a new construction 4th row ocean home! This dog-friendly home is a 3-minute walk to the beach with a fenced yard, private pool, outdoor bar, new patio furniture, custom bunk room, multi-game table and more! With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for the entire group to relax. Plus, enjoy complimentary beach towels and free daily golf and island activities during your stay!* Please see a full list of rooms and amenities offered below.

This home is perfect for hosting large gatherings indoors and outdoors! The 1st level of the home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen/dining area for 10 with custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops and an expansive island. One of the best features of this floor are the 2 walk out patios with rocking chairs! The largest patio is just off the living room, overlooking the pool and is the full length of the house! For added privacy or a break from the sun, floor-to-ceiling curtains can easily be pulled. If you prefer to entertain outdoors this home has a fenced yard with a 10 ft x 20 ft private pool, Gas Grill, Custom Bar and new bar stools and mini fridge, Outdoor Dining Table, Outdoor Living Room and 2 50-inch TV's! The outdoor shower and half bath are perfect for rinsing any sand off from the beach!

The 2nd level of the home is the perfect hang out spot with a multipurpose gaming table, Smart TV, queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin over double bunk bed. This level features 3-bedrooms and a spacious hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 1 features 2 bunk beds and a twin-sized single just off the living room. Down the hall, Bedroom 2 features 2 queen-sized beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Beautiful Home With A Great Location

This property works very well for a large group. The house and pool are immaculate and the Coastal Vacations was extremely prompt and helpful with a minor issue. The proximity to the beach and amazing public park make the location great. My only reservation was the density of the neighborhood. Three houses look into this house. Fortunately for us they were not all occupied at the same time. We had a great time here.

Enjoyed our stay. House was plenty big for sure. There was 6 of us and a dog. All worked out extremely well! Great location to everything! Only suggestion, consider some new living area furniture. Was a bit out dated, chairs and couch uncomfortable.

2 Barrier Beach Cove

This property was great for a long weekend with friends. The location was perfect, with the beach within walking distance and multiple golf courses only a short drive away. The house itself was extremely clean and had everything needed for each guest. The outdoor bar and TVs in the pool area were a big hit and certainly made for a great night! Overall, would highly recommend this house for large groups.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything about this home was perfect! The floor plan, location to beach, pool, patio setup; all of it! We came from 4 different states and enjoyed all the activities Hilton Head has to offer along with multiple trips to the beach and bike rides. Whenever we were home, the kids were in the pool playing with all the pool game provided. The property manager was inspecting it as we arrived to make sure everything was perfect!

Beach perfect

Great place for families- to be together and yet place to be alone when you want. Great kitchen- well stocked with small appliances, nice sized pantry and plenty of plates and cups. Can't describe the cool breeze that flows on back porch and poolside lounge- even on a 92 degree day! Immediate response from local company who manages house! Highly recommend

Location and pool were perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at 2 barrier beach cove at Hilton head island. There was so much space for our group of 7 women. The showers were awesome. The pool was always the right temp even without paying for the pool heater. We never saw a pool attendant, but they must have come by real early in the morning and pulled out all our toys and cleaned out all the leaves everyday, which was much appreciated. They had plenty of amenities. I appreciated having a garage so the rental car wasn’t on fire when we did use it. The walk to the beach was short but not so close that we had to worry about a bunch of noisy back and forth foot traffic. And best of all, coastal vacation rentals was a fantastic company to work with. They always communicated with me within hours of a request and even let us checkout a little late when the airline pushed our flights back. We got to walk the beach one last time before we left! I would recommend this place to anyone!
