Smells Horrible

Pros: The staff seems nice. Other than that nothing.
Cons: It needs to be gutted to the framing or torn down.
Tired after work and booked hotel without reading reviews. So please read this one to save yourself. This hotel is old. At a minimum rooms need to be renovated due to aging bathrooms and room fixtures or just gut the place. Towels looked old. Bedding looked old. New carpet and paint though (go figure). No smoke detector in room. Smelled like a hoarder’s house. Burned incense all night to cover smell. Still smelling hotel in my clothes after check out. That smell can only be fixed by a renovation to the core of the building.

hotel hard to find very very limited parking

Pros: Seemed clean
Cons: Don't let staff try and sell other things I will ask if I want them

The hotel was nice enough until one of the staff who had been drinking (could smell) decided he wanted to try and sell me a breakfast for 20. that ultimately was a time share deal at to Blue Water Resorts . The parking at this Hotel leaves a lot to be desired ......

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms were nice and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in a great location

We were pleased with this older hotel and its staff. We were in a room that had a kitchenette, but it was not furnished so that one could use the cooktop, although the coffee machine, refrigerator and the microwave were fine. Otherwise it was very adequate with clean and comfortable furnishings. It is within easy walking distance from the beach and the beach is great with a wide expanse of white sand...wonderful for swimming, playing on the beach, or sunbathing. Overall, the location is great, the hotel is clean with pleasant and helpful staff members. It does not have an in-house restaurant or food service, but it is very near a number of restaurants that gave many different choices. It is an older hotel, but it seems to be in an updating process. It is relatively inexpensive, but it gives value for the expense.

Not staying here again.

Lowest priced hotel on HHI that weekend and it showed why- there's not a visible sign out front and hardly anyone was there. Beds were uncomfortable, only local tv channels to watch and the curtains didn't cover the windows. It felt almost abandoned! Not what I had hoped.

Good location

Place is under construction. If we had known we would probably have stayed somewhere else. It was very noise and some of the entrances were closed.

Worst hotel ever.

The worst and most inconvenient hotel we have ever stayed in. There is not one good thing we can say about this hotel. Please do not book a room here you will be very disappointed.

No towels in the room they ran out had to get some from another hotel, tv didn't work, ended up moving to another room. Almost fell in the bathtub the hand rail was coming out of the wall when I touched it to hold on when showering because I recently had an total hip replacement so I managed not to fall and knock my hip out of place. The hotel was under construction and should have not been opened until it was fully renovated
