I️ loved this oceanfront view. The balcony was perfect for me to lay out and tan in. The spa was excellent. The bar closed pretty early, 10.

Great beach side hotel

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. Had a great beachfront room, view of the pool. The pool bar staff were rude, and unhelpful, but the rest of the staff was nice. We definitely plan to come back!

Room 560 is horrible

I stayed in room 560... the tub doesn't be drain good so your standing I. Water while you take a shower... tuck! Then there's the noise...you hear a loud noise all night from the elevator. Not just regular elevator noises... it's more like a ruining ice machine. All night long. I reported this to the front desk at check out and all she said was "thank you for telling us"... no sorry or anything... very disappointing....

Stayed here on our wedding night--the room we were originally shown to hadn't even been cleaned: dirty bed, dishes all over. They did give us a new room and a credit (which btw thanks) but pretty ick way to start our honeymoon.

Nice resort, great location

The hotel was right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. Everyone at the hotel was great; very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the carpet outside the door to the outdoor pool area was super sour and stinky. Also, I think the same problem in our room. Carpet smelled like old beer and sour laundry. That didn’t prevent us from having an amazing time and I expect it would be hard to keep carpet fresh at a beach hotel. We would stay here again!

Last minute trip

Location is great for being on the beach-but the resort itself is dated and tired. The lobby feels like an office building-hard to tell if I was on vacation or going to the orthodontist. Dirty pool bathroom-no AC only one working toilet. No AC in the elevators either? Musty smells in the corridors-glad we were only there 3 nights. Nothing horrible-but nothing to go back to either.

All and all quite nice and lovely place

Pros: Easy accessible to the beach and very nice pool
Cons: Little rusty because saltwater maybe
Location: Bike cycle ride was really nice and safe with children’s
A little disappointed early but days goes on everything is getting better, nicer !

Beach view from balcony

Nice hotel but I could tell it was a little bit older by the age of the building and rooms. I had a seaside room with an ocean view and a balcony. It was very nice. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Great beach access and very clean hotel.

This was a late fall get away and the weather was surprisingly warm we thought. This is a great hotel I'm a great location. We will go back again for sure.

Nice view of the beach

Room was clean however air conditioning wasn’t working as it should which caused room to feel clammy and musky. Would definitely try another hotel next time around. Staff was great otherwise. Hotel needs a much needed update.
