Hotels.com customer service

The condo I reserved was not available so they moved me to a different place that was not pet friendly. After many calls we were moved again to a pet friendly unit, but they rental company needed to speak with hotels.com and we could not get anyone to respond. I was at first pleased with hotels.com service but then you didn't answer the second time.
