“Location: The area was in a safe and cute looking neighborhood. The door to the apt building locked so it gave a secondary sense of safety. The unit was next to a Starbucks so that was great for morning coffees. It was also walkable to all bars and stores in the gayborhood. “Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. ”

At present there is no permit parking (Yay!), so we were able to park for free down the street, but there are some limitations M-F, 8am-4pm at the far end of the street.
