Nice location. Close to relatives we were in town

Pros: Location and pleasant staff.
Cons: The only complaint was that the door keys quit working at least 3 times even thou we kept them separate from cell phones and car keys.
Location: We were in Hinesville to visit relatives'
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and willing to do anything to help. will definitely visit this Hotel again if we are in the area,+

Gravely Disappointed

I had stayed at Country Inn and Suites before, it was always great ... this one was unsatisfactory........there was no iron and remote in the room....After calling the front desk and waited...only to call back after half an hour to be told....You have to come get it, at this point I had already prepare myself for bed Breakfast the Danishes were hard ....

Pros: THE SMELL AND APPERANCE WHEN YOU WALK IN. PLUS THE DESK CLERK WAS HORRIBLE WITH ATTITUDE.

WE HAD TO CANEL DUE TO AN EMERGENY AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY BACK. HE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS HORRIBLE. WE EVEN TRIED TO GE A REFUND THRU OUR BOOKING AGENT BUT WAS UNABLE TOO

One Night Stay was not enough!

We walked in the lobby and checked right in. This place is close to many eateries and much shopping.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again..The hot water was cold..the remote for the television did not work..the telephone that should've been on the nightstand or desk was in the bathroom and did not work..Our room door would not close unless there was force put behind it and oh yeah house keeping didn't clean our room.
