If we hadnt checked in so laye at night after an extremely long day of travel we would have left. Immediately we had concern that the back door that requires a card to be scanned in was broken and open for anyone to walk in. The carpet was torn amd dingy. When we got to our room there was a bad smell, blood dropelts in the wall by the window, dead bugs in the tub. The sink faucet was so loose water was goinf everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully we were so tired and literally only needed to sleep for a few hours before getting on the road again

There were roaches in our room. The sheets looked like they weren’t washed in months. Kids screaming and yelling up and down the hallway all night, doors banging. Just a horrible experience my family and I will never stay at another Country Inn & Suites ever!

The room was dirty had cob webs on the ceiling the hallway was flooded and had to walk through it, put the please service room door hanger and they didn’t do it. The ice machines were broken The breakfast was good and the staff working the breakfast she was very kind

While the staff seemed relatively friendly, the hotel was disgusting. If we weren't booked with the events we came to the area for, back to back, we would have checked out and looked for another hotel. We took pictures of the overflowing trash everywhere, the door that didn't lock or close from the parking lot, and the many out-of-order machines. Additionally, the room was not as clean as it could have been, the furniture looked like someone went dumpster diving for it and the bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like trying to sleep on metal rods. We hope to be able to complain and send the photos directly to corporate.

Roach Motel
We was up all night due to they rented rooms to a bunch of kids. So they decided to have a party in the hallway. So went to call front desk , the phone was not working. So I had to try find their number to call down stairs with my cell phone. Only two light work in the room. So it wasn’t bright . Finally, after becoming fully awake, I saw we check in Roach motel. It was roaches everywhere. My husband had one to crawl on him. I didn’t even want to put my luggage back in my car I was afraid on might have got in bag. I have never stayed to a Country Inn like this. We are Pastors , we came in town to preach. We was so tired for Sunday morning. We normally stay two nights to rest after service but no way I was staying here ever again!!!.

I enjoyed my stay at the Country inn. The front desk attendants were very kind especially Laura as she was able to accommodate us by allowing us to check out later. Everything was good. Great breakfast options even for those who have dietary restrictions. The bathrooms were fairly clean (For my germaphobs, you know the routine when staying in a hotel and what to bring with you.) The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not comfortable. They were actually hard. I woke up with back pain so I would recommend bringing a blanket to place underneath you for support. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Food looked old and gross, place was very dirty and I saw some kind of bug in the room before i left. Side door was left proped open at all times. Room had no shower curtain and i was told to put it on myself. Entrance into the parking lot for the hotel is dangerous. All around a terrible experience

Pulled up from going out exploring to see the lady who was supposed to be manning the ftont desk sitting outside the front door smoking pot with some friends. One of her friends basically camped out in the lobby all day . Bathroom sink was very small in my opinion. Carpet in hallways needs to be replaced

When the Blind Lady could see it’s bad and tells You how bad her stay is and the free breakfast was for the four days she stayed barely anything available to eat and no juice in juice machine, no fresh fruit, only a couple of pancake sausage sticks that she was able to find edible that is really sad. Desperate need of renovations very out dated. They put Us in a handicapped room with the Heater didn’t work, TV didn’t work, most of wall sockets didn’t work, floor had weird sticky goo on it, beds were uncomfortable and roach infested. Smelled like it was gaggingly over doused with Lysol but still not clean. This definitely was not the Radisson standards I m use too. Save your money try and find some where else better probably in another town. They kept texting they would follow up but never did. Complaints go no where.

I only have one concern and that’s the back door access to the building. I understand that there is a card reader in place for guest but it was always open. Giving access to unwanted guest or potential robbers/ thieves. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed my stay here during the holidays. The staff was nice and accommodating with concerns. The breakfast is a plus and saves money if you have family or multiple people. I also like that the parking was well lighted for safety.
