I woke up in the middle of the night with multiple bites on my arms and legs. I immediately left this property. The room didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. Looked like a quick vacuum and wiped the counters…. Bathroom didn’t look the cleanest and the area in general needs a little paint. Worst part were the bug bites. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have other choices. Staff were friendly and answered any questions we had.

It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Building outside and inside needs painted. Rooms smelled terrible. Woke up, turned on the light and found a roach running around on the night stand. Will never stay a this hotel again.

A Georgia quality inn
Large stain and pulls to fabric on bed cover made me immediately remove and throw in corner. Off rt95 by 30 miles so not expecting much. Overall wear to room, dings, bangs here there. Breakfast was nice to have so close to room but coffee tasted like bath water. Nice puerto rican lady hosted breakfast.

Communicated with the hotel to make them aware of our late arrival. We agreed that 2-4am would be fine. After a 12 hour drive We arrived at 2:30am. There was nobody at the front desk. I rang the bell, said “hello?” And called the number posted at the front desk. After calling customer service twice, I yelled HEELLLOO, and a young girl woke up from inside the office, apologized profusely and set us up with a room half an hour from our arrival. The room smelled so bad my girlfriend was gagging. The room was also in rough shape. The next day I requested a room change and the another young lady helped me professionally. The next day the assistant manager saw us walking our dog after we came back from my families house. At 9:30 at night he decided to address the concern. After hashing out how the first girl set us up we figured that she charged us per diem instead of for the entire stay, the pet fee for the first 2 days was on the receipt and for some reason I was in the office having to explain my pet, when I've already paid for him. I told the assistant manager all about my stay twice and he assured me he would pass it on to his manager. At 10:30pm he called our room and woke us up to ask what we wanted as a result of the negative experience to which I replied that I think some compensation was in order and to please not call again until the morning. It has been a week since our stay and I haven't heard back from them.

Room was awful carpet was all frayed. Stains all over linens peeling paint cracked walls. Fridge was stained and rusty bathroom shower head sprayed everywhere and smelled like cats

Clean property and rooms. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is much older and could use some upgrades. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close without slamming. Not many choices in Jesup but felt safe and would stay again if needed just one night. Improvements/upgrades would go a long way and probably bring more business.

Stayed here many times. Staff were excellent. Room looked nice, clean. Outside of rooms and sidewalks were nasty. Door to room had obviously been broken into. It was just patched up. Property has gone downhill from my last visit.

For a small town this hotel was ok. Dated but OK. The issue I had was with the service. My key wouldn't work EVER. When I took it to the front, it was somehow my fault. I had to just turn in for the night, as I knew the key wouldn't work when I got back with out going up front to have it rekeyed It was more aggravating than anything

Property was out dated and rundown. Rooms had a very foul odor that didn’t subside. Facility pool was closed, unkept, and dirty. Bathroom was very small, but it sufficed for the occasion. Area is very limited, and overall 2 nights wasn’t the end of the world. Employees were very helpful and thoughtful in which it made the stay easier.

Property needs to be closed down and upgraded. My room was changed 3 times. Dirty, air not working snd all rooms smelled like mildew. Rooms walls and bathroom walls were cracked and just awful
