I guess you get what you pay for but we only got 2 pillows on each bed. Said they didnt have any extra and that they were booked...A/C was crazy loud and say several bugs in the room overnight ajd in the morning

I ended up leaving after being there for 14 minutes. It felt very unsafe to stay there. Creepy vibes from the start. I was told I couldn’t have a refund because I had been in the room for more than 10 minutes. The cost of losing what I paid to rent the room was not worth my life. Do not make the same mistake I did when booking here.

we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. however, as per our policy we are unable to issue a refund for check in exceeding 15 minutes while our front desk staff did offer a room type change it was declined in favor of checking out please be assured that there is no need for concern regarding the refund as you were compliant with our policies from your end. we acknowlodge the challenges our guests may face due to our property location on a main road. we assure you that we will review the matter throughly. we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience experienced. sorry once again.

Never even got to check in. Told me my credit card was declined. Then found my reservation 2hrs later after i had to go somewhere else. And then charged me a day for canceling. Already was booked and would like a refund.

Great place to stay when I’m away from home.
This the place I stay at, every time I visit Hinesville. Affordable, clean, & safe but more importantly to me is great customer service.

Half of the lights didn't work. The toilet stops the bathroom door from closing and worst of all there was a bullet hole in the headboard

I liked the cleanliness of the property and that's the most important one. Aircon wasn't that cold and curtains were old and ripped. Other than that everything is ok for the price nightly.

You can smell the cleaning products in the room upon entering. The carpet and sofa chair were stained. You can tell they have never been cleaned. The beds sink in the middle when you laid in them. No back support at all.

No breakfast, pool, or quiet. I booked this room over other options because it stated it had a breakfast and a pool and a hottub. Never found any of those. I'd have gladly paid more to have these amenities elsewhere. Instead I was stuck with a non refundable room and no vacancies elsewhere... otherwise I'd have found another hotel. Worst experience. Kept asking them to *not* go in the room and they did every day. Toilet would not flush properly. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

This facility is so outdated it will take a great deal of money to bring it up to competitive standards. The room was dark and dank with light fixtures that didn’t even have a bulb in it. Until this property goes through a complete renovation I will not stay here again.

The first room we got had roaches. They were dead so I’m guessing the room was bombed and no one came to clean it and tried to house someone in it! The next room, everything was fine u til we tried to leave and the door wouldn’t lock from the outside. Every time we left, we had to pack up all of our things and take it with us and redo, every time. They claimed they didn’t have any other rooms available. They even booked someone in the old room we were in, that had roaches. They were very rude and this should be a free stay, to anyone, any time. It was that bad! I do NOT recommend.

There was nothing to like. There was roaches in the drawers and crawling on the bed. I killed 3 within 5 minutes of being in the room. I went to tell the night man and he called me a liar. He said I didn’t kill any roaches that he rents rooms all the time and have had no complaints. He was awful and rude

The staff was very friendly,the room appeared older moderate cleaned,which was not favorable but it was a room. Untill i saw the roaches.

Pool was closed the entire time of our stay. They removed our ac from the room to service it. It was 98 outside and they did it around 2pm... The hottest part of the day. Room was clean and bug free. Very stingy with linens. Require a $50 deposit which is automatically placed on your credit card even if you're paying cash.

They charged my card a additional 156.00 dollars its refundable but that was more than the room couldn't get extra towls plus there were someone elses dirty cloths and 2 dirty diapers under foot of the bed

The bedsheets were disgustingly dirty. The bathroom and toilet had the previous renters bowel movement in the toilet and the seat was broken. We called the front desk and no one came to fix it. The windows and mirrors had a film over them like a dirty rag whipped it down. The counters and bedside table was sticky and dusty.

Stayed a second night. First room was average roadside hotel. Not fancy but good to crash. Return for second night, different room was a little rougher….spackle on the walls and broken lampshade but still good to crash. Slightly overpriced venue but provided its purpose

Horrible room!
Room was horrible!!! Window was broken, curtains in room were torn up and didn’t close all the way, wall had been repaired and painted over and was falling off the wall. Bed was comfy only good thing about that room! The lobby was shut down and had to use a walk up window in which I had to call a number to get someone in the middle of the day. Would not recommend! Priced too high also

The guy at the front desk said he would charge my card once for incidentals and then turned around and charged me twice. Then when I asked why he says “don’t worry about it you”lol get it back in 4-5 business days like I don’t have stuff to do in that time. Then my room was full of cobwebs and food in the corner and it looks like someone got in a fight in the bathroom b/c door was broken at the bottom. A/C was falling apart and rags were wet when we checked in after midnight. Police was outside arresting someone. This hotel was a hot mess and I’ll never come back again.
