Friendly and Accommodating

My stay there was nice, the room was clean and fairly comfortable. The place was quiet and relaxing, with friendly staff who attend to you quickly.

Sleepless stay to access Jasper National Park

Used to access Jasper National Park which was fine. Staff are hopeless, especially reception who struggled to advise on where to eat. The main problem though was noise, inside from other guests and noise really carries on hollow floors. Outside from trains and traffic. Closely followed by the most basic breakfast imaginable.

quiet and reasonable price

Pros: quiet even with the window open. our room was near the back.
Cons: At breakfast put a table in the lobby.
there were only 2 minor problems. The room was too hot so the first night we ran the AC most of the night. The second night we left the bathroom fan on all night and had the window open 5 cm. The second problem was the free breakfast. The food was fine but there weren't enough tables.

Good hotel close to city centre.

Cons: Bathroom needs updating, and a non-smelling non-smoking room would be nice. Breakfast could be a little better.
Location: Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Also, close to highway to get around Edmonton easily. WEM is 10-15 mins drive from hotel.
OK hotel and you basically get what you pay for. It's fairly clean..bathroom needs a little updating since tub was already peeling. Bed was comfy but you can hear the train pretty loud since it's right behind the property. Was awaken a few times in the night because of it. We had a non-smoking room because clearly someone previously smoked in there...you can smell it as soon as you enter the room. Breakfast was okay which we only went for 1 of the 2 nights we stayed. Overall, if you need some place cheap to sleep in within close proximity to city centre, it's okay. But if you have other options... I would maybe spend a little more for a little more quality.

clean but tired

No elevator!! good thing we were on the first floor! Breakfast was strange with eggs etc in the fridge and you heated them up in the microwave. only had bowls ( were waiting on an order) but Walmart is down the road go buy plates. I think we got the pet friendly room as it smelled of wet dog but odor did seem to improve over time. the bed was good and pillows were good - good hotel to sleep at and move on to next destination. lots of other hotels on that strip with much better amenities such as a hot tub.

When we went for breakfast there was no spoon; I inform the réception desk. No body came; it was finally a lady client that went in the kitchen to fetch some spoons.

Bad customer service

The night front desk clerk needs to know how to work with customers. She could use a little smile. And the next morning the girl refused to take the Wyndham Rewards card that I filled out.

nice hotel

Pros: Nice breakfast, nice room with fridge and microwave.
Nice hotel, the only problem was the pullout bed, it was terrible. The next morning, I told the front desk about it and hopefully, it will be replaced, so no one else will have a sleepless night.
