I asked the evening person who checked me in for an extra mask as I had lost mine. She scoffed. In the morning I asked the morning staff if they had any, they said sure and gave me one.
The evening staff person asked me what I wanted for breakfast from a list of possible offerings. In the morning when i went to pick up my breakfast bag, there was NOTHING I ordered in it. When I asked the morning staff what had gone wrong, they said they don't even check the list made the night before but just put bags together themselves. She offered to make up a new breakfast bag for me as per my order, which she was able to find, and for which they had everything. Why bother asking me what I want if you're not even going to attempt to fill it? Otherwise it is inherently disappointing.
