Nice décor and pleasant employees. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, rolls, cereal/oatmeal, bagels, juice). Stayed one night, didn't use pool.

Had a great stay! The staff were very attentive to all of my needs. I visit every year in March for a roller skating event at Sparkles next door with other skaters. The staff does a great job taking care of our 75 or more skaters every year!! Great job guys! See you next year!!

My favorites on staff are the young Brittany on days, and Emma on night. Both of these staff members are the best. I will be back, and truly hope they will still be there as they both are the very best; very helpful and respectful! They made my stay the best it could be.

One night stay would be fine but our beds were so hard and the walls and flooring very thin, we actually said forget and checked out at 8pm and drove rest way 8.5 hours home. I know they can’t control kids or people in there rooms just they just ran up and down when we were trying too sleep. Then went too check out early guess night shift just chills had to find her in the office and lobby just had random people sleeping and laying on couches. One majors plus was they had indoor pool and kids loved it.

Room pictured was not what it was. King room had no sofa. One single chair. Mirror on bathroom door was taped up with blue painters tape. Fridge did no work. Tub drips. Had to as for a different room and she had to stay on the phone for 10 min to know how to do it, and I was still up charged. The first room they gave me smelled.😵‍💫

The staff was awesome and the facility was clean. However they do need some upgrades. The fridge in the room looked like it was from 1920. And the water pressure for the shower was meh. Other than that it was a cool stay. I would stay again if I am near Hiram GA

The hotel is old but they have renovated the rooms. No carpet on the floors is kinda weird to me and the fridge and microwave sit on the floor so you pretty much has to get on your knee to use it. The elevator has not been serviced since 2022 it expired 8/2023!!! I had a non smoking suite that did not have a couch only a single chair to sit in. You can just tell the bare minimum has been done as far as replacing items after some renovation. The location was decent tho.

We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area offered hot food items for breakfast which was a nice surprise given my limited schedule. However, the noise level outside the hotel was considerable from the nearby trains blowing their horns in the early hours, the nearby restaurant playing loud music for their outdoor patio and the occasional people racing their engine were too much. This is not the fault of the property but be aware you may want to bring ear plugs if you stay here.

The gazebo area bench was broke on both sides. It was like a razor, could’ve really hurt us. The pictures online showed carpeting. The floors were not wetness make some slippery unsafe.

Good place to stay
I found the facility to be clean and the staff friendly. It is not a luxury hotel, but fit my needs. I was there for my granddaughters wedding ay nearby Indigo Falls. I look for breakfast on site so I don't have to leave and find food and coffee in the morning. I also don't want my room to open to the outside for safety reasons. I would recommend staying here.

When in Hiram, I always stay here due to the indoor pool and hot tub. To be perfectly honest, that's the only reason I stay here. The rooms are fine, but not special. The same is true for the beds. It's clean enough, but certainly not pristine. The maintenance is comical as anytime anything has to be repaired, it's a laughable patch job that sticks out like a sore thumb. The service is usually solid. This particular time it was better than some in the past.

The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean. The noise level - both inside and outside- was high. Loud music from cars and people arguing and cursing in the parking lot could be heard on the 3rd floor.
