The hotel was in walking distance of the Memorial Park, Hiroshima Castle, and several shopping malls. Our room wasn't spacious but it was very clean. The hotel staff were kind, helpful and several spoke English. I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was awesome and inexpensive!

We only stayed one night and had a great experience. It is located super close to the Atomic Bomb museum. The hotel staff was helpful and fun. I can't say anything bad about our experience.

Great location for tourists but small rooms..

Good breakfast buffet....but crowded at times. Small rooms with one side of bed against the wall!!

Great location and rooms

Very accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. The beds were the softest we have had on our trip, which was welcome! The main sightseeing locations are a walk from the hotel and otherwise streetcar or taxi access is easy. Also near an undercover mall.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Staff, location and food.
Cons: Swimming pool area could be extended/improved - it was ok but very functional ("swim and go") rather than any relaxing/recreational space.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby and easy walk distance to Peace Park and Hondori Arcade.
We were really please with our stay at ANA Crown Hiroshima. Staff were all efficient, helpful and polite - nothing was too much trouble. They kindly organised baseball tickets for us and also stored our luggage while we went for a couple of days in Miyajima. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of buffet continental and Japanese options (we ate out for dinner as the location is central and lots of options close by) and no delay/trouble finding a table. Rooms comfortable, well air-conditioned and very clean. Also TV had BBC News and CNN. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

Great hotel, booked last min. Satisfied! If I ever come back to Hiroshima, I would book the same hotel.

Hotel was booked for Hiroshima

This was one stage of family trip around Japan with a child /teenager in tow. Everything about the hotel room and the breakfast was fine - excellent in fact. The only concern was the separate cost of the use of swimming pool: this was extortionate at ¥15000 per swim. (roughly £12 per swim). This price needs to be negotiated down by Expedia or included in the price for a room so that residents at the hotel can use the pool freely.

Two blocks from Memorial Park Museum

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the convenience of the memorial park (2 blks) and Hantori Shopping Arcade (4 blks). The hotel staff are great and the buffet 1st for is a bit crowded but good food. There's an option Japanese bfast choice on the 5th for (worth the experience). Hiroshima Station is a bus ride (#24 or #5) or by taxi (much faster about $15 to $17). We really enjoyed this hotel. Staying around the train station is boring in my opinion.

The cab drivers all knew the hotel.

It was very comfortable. The mandatory breakfast was amazing. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Pricey for sure on Expedia, but it was about the only open hotel when I booked 3 months prior!

Hiroshima hotel

We stayed just one night. The hotel is convieniently located and was very nice. Staff members at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The only negative is the pool hours- everything closes very early / if I remember correctly , it was closed at 8 pm.
