Hotel walking distance to bomb dome and museum. Rooms are comfortable. Easy check in and very accommodating and helpful staff if you need directions or recommendations. Shuttle bus available to take you Hiroshima Station. Excellent noodle shop next door to hotel.

Everything was great until you entered your room. Pillows were hard as was the bed against a wall. Bathroom was modular and you had a 10” step to get in.

Very patient and helpful staff members, Gold standard! Many perks to staying in Dormy Inn such as the Onsen, free ramen supper, coffee/juice and shuttle service to JR Station. Room is decent, clean and more spacious compared to other Japanese hotels I've been to.

Steam sauna wasn’t working for the first night.. I wanted to try the cute tubs but they were only available for men’s side. I wished they would switch the bath every day.

Nice hotel near the Memorial Park
Very good hotel with high standards. Staff spoke good English, the location was perfect, close to Peace Memorial Park. AC and WiFi good. Typical Japanse bathroom, as expected. No trouble if you’re used to it.

Location is excellent for local tourism, and the hotel itself is fantastic for the price. The baths are an addition that will be welcomed after a long day.

Clean hotel but appear a little on the old side. I enjoyed their onsen/ hot bath. Not too far away from major tourist spot and the Hiroshima tram train.

Fantastic onsen, helpful staff, great location and all the little amenities that make your life easier when travelling (eg free WiFi, washing machines etc) Breakfast wasn’t great but that’s with western tastes! Would v highly recommend!

Location. Easy walking distance to the Peace Park, the Hondori Shopping Street, great eats and the tram line. Staff: Very courteous and professional. English speaking staff made check-in a breeze. Luggage delivered ahead of our arrival was already in our room. Amenities: Everything we needed was provided in the room and/or the Onsen. Great Onsen. Coffee provided in the lobby. Free nightly ramen for a late night snack. Self-laundry facilitates were awesome. Washers (free with detergent provided) and dryers (¥100 for 30 minutes) available in each onsen and one set outside the Facilities: Very clean. Decent size for Japan. Comfortable.

Many of the rooms are facing towards the walls of the next buildings that are built too close to this hotel and thus have no view nor day light. It is good enough just to sleep one night but compared to other Dormy-Inn Hotels that are almost always renovated and gives you a bit more confort the cost performance of this hotel is suboptimal. Paid Yen 9,000 for one person for a small double room on a Friday night in September.

Location was excellent, close to transport and only a short walk to the Peace Park. The room was tiny, but kind of what to expect in Japan. The onsite bathing area was a real bonus.

Nice and decent sized room. Walking distance to most places. If you have JR pass, can take free tourist bus ( which stops near the hotel area) . Hotel offers Free shuttle to train station and the hot bath is a plus.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's very well located, nice and clean. Friendly staff and willing to serve the customers promptly and in a very welcoming manner. It's shuttle bus service from the hotel to the Hiroshima main train station may be very convenient to it's guests.

Nice hotel in Hiroshima, well placed to visit the Peace Park. Staff very courteous and helpful. The hotel fit out appeared to be older than others we stayed at on our trip but was nevertheless clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Absolutely loved the Hot spring every evening after wandering around Hiroshima and the massage was fabulous. Food for breakfast was tasty, fresh and healthy. Staff were very helpful speaking to us in both English or Japanese. Will be booking with Dormy Inn again in other areas next trip.

This hotel is a bit far away from the Hiroshima station but really close to To the main points and historic places. I personally I’m cheap so I did t take a taxi, is like 30 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. The good thing is if you want to go back to the main station they have free shuttle, so I guess that compensate . Is really close as wel to the shopping street in Hiroshima, I personally enjoy it I found it cheaper compare to other cities. The staff was awesome, they are really nice and attentive. Not to mention the hot springs is super!! After a long day out best time is to take a bath and relax in the hot springs. The room I got was really quiet, bed was comfortable and I enjoy watching tv in Japanese. They have breakfast but u have to pay, but at night they have free noodles service so that was quite awesome. I would stay in this hotel again for sure!
