Location is good Was disappointed there was no washing machine in the apartment
Staff was really helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The Mercure is in a great location just off Union St. The staff there are fantastic, very polite and always happy to help. This is the second time we have stayed there and will stay there again.
Hotel was lovely. Room was practically brand new. Breakfast was very good. Will revisit again when in town.
Central location was great. Shame that hotel only had 10 car park spaces on adjacent car park - all full of course, so parking charges really expensive.
Compliments to all staff, particularly the reception area and cleaning staff, very helpful after I left some items. Well done. Very pleased with everything and will certainly stay again.
stayed here a few times cannot fault anything at this hotel lovely clean rooms and excellent bathroom with a shower which we need [not bath ] staff are very helpful will be back .
