Good shuttle to downtown

There is a great shuttle to the downtown area. It is currently fee but is normally $6 per person round trip. It saves you bringing your car downtown and looking for a limited number of parking spaces. Excellent bistro and breakfast. The best I have had EVER. It is made to order , great choices and really good food. We had to move our room because of a broken bed and terrible air conditioner. The next room had a very loud air conditioner as well.but it was a nice room just noisy.

Nice, clean and friendly

The hotel with its facilities and rooms were nice and clean. They paid attention to detail. I was put in a room with no balcony the first night but was given a room with a balcony the second night. I had originally requested one but was told it was wasn't guaranteed I would get a room with a balcony. So, the next day I was able to get one. They gave me two complimentary free breakfast tickets. They made me feel great due to the misconception that I was guaranteed a room with a balcony as stated by Expedia. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon entering the room we were greeted by a roach crawling across the countertop. Normally something like that we could let slide being so close to the water. However the second night of our stay at 1:30am A man was trying to break into our room and he had the correct key to open the door. Apparently the front desk had double booked our room and given the man the key to our room. Luckily we had the door latch shut or else he would’ve been in our room. In the morning while packing up my children found a bottle of lube under the couch. I’m telling the front desk about these issues, they said they will call us back after an investigation that day. There is been no call back 24 hours later.

The hotel and room were clean and the staff were helpful. Shuttle great to downtown Charleston. Second visit.

Great view

The views, the staff and room were wonderful. The hotel has free parking and offers shuttle service to downtown for $6.00 a day.

Nice hotel love the view!

Was there to celebrate a wedding. The overall experience was pleasing. Trying to check in the hotel was very confusing for the front desk. They could not get the rooms straight. Has to keep going back up to the desk to tell them about the rooms and who was being charged 2 times and who not to charge besides that it was a great time considering we were part of a lively wedding party.

Deceiving Views

We had a room with a nice balcony, but the view was of the garbage dumpsters.
