Nice Lobby Horrible Rooms Good Location

The only thing this hotel has going for it is it’s location. They lobby is nice but the rooms are not (rusted door hinges, hard water stained faucets, moldy caulking). Bugs we also a problem. I saw a small roaches scurrying by the sink. I would not stay here again.

Checked in, staff was friendly and they made the process a breeze. Not far from many of the city's hotspots. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty and old

This place need a renovation of the room at least. The lobby was ok thr room we got was falling apart and really dirty.

NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL!

Pros: NOT MUCH... The Courtyard by Marriott in Aventura is great and we stay their often...but never again with you guys...and your staff is snotty.
Cons: The Matresses are WAY TOO SOFT, they are rediculously soft and make your back hurt. And your staff is SNOTTY, your front desk clerk is arrogant
You folks are money grabbing, snotty hoteliers. First, the "valet only" for $25 is out of line, it's just a way of grabbing more money from someone who expects to pay around $150 for a room. We stay in the same hotel in Aventura and the parking is $12. Thats appropriate. Then to gouge your customer for $12 for a breakfast which at all other Courtyard hotels is included for FREE. SCREW YOU GUYS. We are coming back to Savannah to have fun again but we're NOT staying with you all.

I’m sorry that the mattress was too soft for your preference and your experience was not up to par with the Aventura Mall Courtyard, near Miami, Fl. Comparing the parking availability and cost at our hotel with other hotels in our beautiful city, you will find that we are comparable in all aspects. With our parking garage located under the hotel, our main goal is your convenience as well as safety and security of your investment during your stay with us. When booking with any Courtyard, you certainly have the option of reserving a room which includes breakfast, as Courtyard Marriott hotels do not offer free breakfast. We don’t have the Bistro but our restaurant offers a full breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs cooked to order and omelettes at a price that is certainly a bargain in our city. William, we are sorry that you have chosen not to stay with us again, but we are glad that you’ll be returning to Savannah. Thanks again for your candid comments as we use all feedback will make us better. Thanks again for sharing. Travel safe and rest easy.

Close to downtown Savannah

Great, family friendly hotel. Staff is excellent. Nice location to restaurants & shops. Within blocks to beautiful downtown Savannah.

Bartender spent more time talking to her friend and smoking outside, had to wait for her. One night was it,went across the street the other nights. The rest of the staff was wonderful.

Big Disappointment

Pros: location was good
Cons: just about everything, was only there for about 10 hours and have nothing positive to relay
Location: familiar with area
Got in late, never told in advance about $24 fee just to park a car, toilet ran all night, broken tile in bathroom, forgot to send valet to get my car back in morning so had to wait, very disappointed. Thought by choosing a Marriott at the last minute we would be safe and sure to get a good room if not the cheapest one but that was certainly not the case this time
