Very nice hotel , stay there every time we go to Savannah! Close to river street and close to the market in town

One night in Savannah

The parking lot staff was so friendly! The check in was easy. The room was beautiful. Did notice that there were not water bottles or bathrobes - but really that is not terribly necessary and didn't detract. There were water bottles at the entrance. The cookies were great! We loved our stay and would book there again.

Convenient, friendly and immaculate accomodations

I didn't realize that the parking was valet only until I went on to the hotel's website the morning of before my arrival. Needless to say, I wasn't very pleased about that! But I sucked it up as a lesson learned and will READ EVERYTHING when booking from here on out. That was the only major dissatifier during my one night stay. Upon arrival, the valets were welcoming and friendly as were the ladies during our check-in process. The concierge was both helpful and informative...And his bright smile was everything (Lol)! The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. We did however, have one complaint...Being on the second floor facing the street created a somewhat of an issue due to the noise level. I was convinced that there was a garbage truck parked outside our room!! That's when we investigated and learned that the noise was from various forms of transportation that stopped right under our room. Honestly, I really got annoyed with all that. Fortunately, it was pretty quiet at night though. The only other issue I had was upon check-out. I'd already paid for my room online but asked if I could use by debit card to cover the valet services instead of using my credit card on file for incidentals. I was told yes, and my debit card was run. Later that evening, I realized that my credit card was also charged for the same $29. I guess now I'll have to make a call to get that charge removed. :(

awesome hotel choice for Savannah

Honor Club room was magnificent. I think the $29 for parking was excessive. Breakfast service was horrible but the manager comped the meal..

Good hotel

Cons: The shower needs improvement. The water was cold in the shower and could not be turned any higher. This was a major inconvenience for me.
The hotel was very clean, spacious and had great costumer service! It is located in downtown Savannah and only a short walk from many bars and restaurants. This hotel was more reasonably priced than many of the other hotels around for the same quality. The only issue I had with this hotel was the water temperature in the shower was freezing cold and would not adjust to a warmer temperature.

Great location and very clean

Within walking distance to all of the good shops and Riverstreet, and the whole hotel was very clean! Made for a great weekend stay with friends!

Nice hotel

Pros: Staff.. even a staff person carrying clean linens passed us on the way out on our floor and hoped that we had a nice stay and would return.
Cons: pillows, pillows, pillows....
Location: close to everything we wanted to do and see.
Great stay, except for the 4 small, very hard pillows on each of the queen size beds. We will have to remember to bring our own pillows if we should stay here again. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable.. The staff was very friendly and made us want to return.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful purple room. Bed was very nice as well. Loved the colors and decorations throughout the hotel :) I will be staying here again next time I am in Georgia.
