Great place.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel appeared very clean. It's a great location and was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Savannah. Our suite was quite large and felt very comfortable. Free breakfast in the mornings was a plus too. I would definitely recommend this place as an economic place to stay in Savannah.

Fairfield Instead

Pretty much what you would expect for a RI property. They have discontinued Fri happy hour and social events were minimal affairs. Location was disappointing. The Fairfield Inn is a better location and cheaper!

Cons: Rude front desk check in host can be changed.
No Marriott Rewards points, charged twice for parking, location not great, put me in handicap room, staff (except Chef Momma) not friendly.

Pros: The room was very nice
Location: Walking distance to the Crystal beer rooms , a very Good resteraunt and other local attractions
Very enjoyable short stay with friendly staff and great accommodations.

Amazing hotel, great staff very cozy.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The staff was amazing, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, it had a kitchenette, sofa bed and big flat screen. Hotel offers free breakfast and free small dinner during the week days with complementary beer and wine (unlimited). Hotel offers valet and street parking. I never take the time to write reviews, but the hotel and service deserves it.

friendly staff, happy hour nice, breakfast great

This hotel is a little far from city market and restaurants but one still can walk less than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historic area. The breakfast was really great. There was a clanging noise all night in our room and I was unable to sleep. I found out many others had complained also but the problem was not fixed during our stay. Also the reservation was for 3 adults and the sofa bed was not made up. It was not comfortable. Also the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom. With a little attention to detail this would be a great hotel.

Great place to stay!

Cons: Airport shuttle service
Location: Within walking distance to everything in Historic Savannah
My daughter and I spent our first trip to Savannah here. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet! The staff was wonderful, the hotel is lovely, and the complementary breakfast had everything we could want to get our day started. The DOT (FREE Historic Savannah transportation) is right outside the hotel, which makes it convenient when we didn't feel like walking the few blocks downtown, and was also a great way to see the city first time around. Although this is not a tour bus, we were lucky that it was a quiet morning and the driver, Veronica, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never been to a city where people are genuinely kind and helpful, this was a pleasant surprise! Although the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle, they were very helpful getting us hooked up with transportation for our very early departure. From the front desk staff, the house keepers, the gentlemen at the lobby door, the ladies in the kitchen, thank you for making our first stay in Savannah just our first. We will be back!
