Nice hotel for hurricane

Nice hotel for hurricane ... the only thing I do not like is the customer service ... they do not take care of treating the customer well. The cleanliness of the rooms is not good. Something positive is that they have many things for children.

nice hotel wrong room.

Pros: The Water Park.
Cons: Give the room you
Location: There's an awesome Diner called Rodeo Diner, great food, great service, great prices and friendly welcoming staff.
I enjoyed the hotel,however a lot of the amenities were not available due to repairs, and I was not given the room I was offered with the balcony park view. When I asked they said all the other rooms were taken, I cant see how? when i reserved my room over a month prior and they said it was available then.

Family Friendly

Pros: It was somewhat clean to sleep and shower.
The hotel is friendly for families with the water park, but having people arguing all night long did not make me feel safe. The facilities was out of date and needed repair. The telephone in the room did not work.

Great waterpark hotel. Great staff

Pros: The waterpark and its staff
Cons: The rooms could be updated, especially the beds and linens.
Location: It is right next to exit 244 on the Florida Turnpike. 20-30minutes from Disney and international drive.
Ever since I got to the hotel I was pleasantly greeted by their great staff. The grounds were kept very clean too.

Nice hotel

The hotel was good , some minor things the trash in the room wasn't taken out , there weren't enough towels and the AC was acting funny. Other than that everything else was great

The hotel was great,but as far as your staff,the hotel needs to hire some staff that actually can talk english,all of your staff that cleans the room talk spanish only and could not understand anything I was saying to them or that I asked them,so I had to call the desk or go ask in person.Other than that,the hotel was clean and all the facilities was great.

The waterpark is descent but the room that we stayed in was not as what I expected. The carpet was a little sticky and the bathroom floor had a leak. Can be improved a bit more.

Dont end up with their Express hotel

Cons: staff should definitely needs improvement
I made a reservation through Expedia.com and my reservation was for Flamingo Resort Hotel not for the Flamingo Express hotel which is kinda worst than the other one. The receptionist said that they are 'overbooked' thats why they are transferring me to the Flamingo Express hotel. She is telling this after charging everything and in the end I wanted to cancel but this time she said she cannot do that..
