"The room was very nice and clean. However many things were not in working order The heating didn’t work - we’d set the temperature and 2 hours later it would be cold. The lock was broken on the front door. It was unclear how to get the TV to work and no one to call about it. There were no dishes ..."

"I really enjoyed staying in the carriage house, it was a different feel then your normal hallway with multiple rooms. It was great to walk out that door and have chairs right outside in the grass. The rooftop area was very nice also."

"This 1 bedroom unit was perfect for two of us. It was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Just one thing...the air conditioner made so much noise; felt like we had a truck in our room. If you can fix that...the place is perfect."

    "Lovely centrally located B & B. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Lori was extremely helpful and always cheerful and courteous. The Inn itself is very charming. I love the healthy choice of breakfasts delivered right to your door each morning at your requested time. You can help yourself each day to the flavored water and/or Sangria (alternating white and red) located near the front desk. The bedroom is separate from the sitting area which I appreciate. The bed and pillows are very comfortable (the mattress could be a tad firmer but that is just a personal choice). The rain shower and pull out makeup mirror in the bathroom are a nice touch. My one suggestion is to update the sofa and chair in the sitting area as the cushions on both of them are much too thin and they are very uncomfortable. Overall this is a great Inn and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."

    "Very nice, clean rental. Close to downtown, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. I love that its dog friendly. This is an older house so you are able to hear moving around and footsteps above you just like in any house. Overall, a very nice stay."

    Really great apartment
    "I did however contact owner when we arrived there were 4 chairs on the deck 2 were plastic and were so broken they couldent be used there was broken glass in the bathroom near the tub one of the 2 air conditioners was not working. And no one responded back to us all in all it was a great time had by all we love Newport we have been visiting for over 30 years and the location was really great"
