We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and all the staff were very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. We were disappointed with the bar, which was just the understaffed dining room and there did not appear to be any bars or many restaurants in the area.We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station but this also meant it didnt feel the safest of areas.

If you want to be close to the main train station, the hotel is a short walk. The bed was comfortable but the a/c wasn’t working properly and the room was sometimes too warm. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. The hotel itself was quiet.

Staff was very friendly and hotel breakfast was good with lots of options. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. Beautiful rooftop patio. Area around the hotel is a bit sketchy with lots of garbage (a common theme in Napoli). Faint sewage smell throughout the hotel. Hotel wifi was slow and we were not able to stream video.

5 minute walk to train station. Lots of authentic pizzerias nearby. The town of Naples is gritty and full of culture, don’t expect fancy

Amazing room and staff
We had something more like a suite instead of a room, amazing. With the modern design the toilet was in the bedroom within a glass room so took a bit of getting used to being a couple. Everything else was amazing but the breakfast quality wasn't as good as we would have liked for healthiness

The property was very clean and the rooms were big and accommodating. The staff was great and breakfast as well. The rooftop terrace was relaxing and very nice.

Drug addicts saw them putting needles in there arms in public very very bad. The staff was horrible. Trash everywhere and rats running in the street! Not where anyone should stay. I hope they clean up there surroundings. One guy grabbed my girlfriends purse do I need to say anymore. Horrific!

Lovely, quiet property, yet only steps away from the train station. Hottest water I have encountered, so shower/bathroom was excellent. Wifi in the room was weak, but overall the hotel vibe is great and staff friendly and engaged.

I would never stay at this hotel again. Trust me we had bed bugs !! they wouldn’t even move us out of the room into a new one. Tried to talk to a manager and they were never there.

Amazing service. Our rooftop room service was incredible fat tony was excellent. We needed a cab in the morning and it was there within minutes after bartering some figs with the staff. Bathroom was sizable and spacious with a voluptuous shower. The water stayed hot for 5 hours. Over all incredible experience. Ps they were piedimonte figs. Oh also the service desk went to bat for us when fat tony was throwing a tantrum. But then fat tony gave us a rainbow candle and fist bumped us 7 times.

This property had the best customer service! They were very helpful with scheduling taxis for my sister and I, as well as giving us good directions around the area! This hotel was very clean and had very friendly cleaning services! We loved the upstairs garden/bar area! It was the perfect place to unwind in the evening!

The service was absolutely the best. The man at the front desk told us where to get food. Helped us with our luggage and made sure we had transportation to the airport at 4am and was there to help us load our luggage. This hotel was very close to the airport and the train station which made it super convenient for us because we came in by train and left by plane. The room was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect choice for us.

The staff was super friendly.The breakfast was really good, the room was clean, tha bathroom was certainly unique. It was one block away from a major road so it was convenient to get to a bus stop. The area right outside the hotel was very dirty, but I found that most of Napoli was like that.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Pietro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious! The drinks on the terrace in the evening were an added bonus. We walked from the train which was convenient.

I traveled from US and experienced Italian hospitality in this hotel with a professional staff! Everybody was very friendly and nice to me and my kids. We found a great service there! It is dated but charming! Naples is a messy city, but the hotel is clean. It is located very close to the rail station and restaurants. We found it as a very quiet place from the busy Naples city life with the noisy traffic.

Really nice stay. Naples is grittier than other touristy cities but we still had a great time. Our desk attendant was passionate about Italy and Naples in particular and gave us no less than 10 places to eat! Giant tub and shower, bed was ok but after walking 20k steps it didn’t matter!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish they had irons and ironing boards available. They're pretty important when traveling. There was only luke warm water for bathing the first morning but was available the second day. Overall nice place.

The property was lovely but one needs to understand that Naples (Napoli) does have a lot of trash on the streets. And as a visitor to the city this is not expected. All of the hotels and dining establishments in the area were clean, however it just seems there is no system to pick up loose trash on the street. The area was very safe, we had no issues at all. I would like to say Francesco and Valentina made our trip wonderful. They were so informative about the local area and Italy in general. Also with having delayed flights inbound and outbound the hotel was very flexible with us. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a rooftop terrace for evening drinks, that also doubles as the breakfast area. The staff in the breakfast room and for drinks were professional and friendly. The front desk clerk was not very warm and she only gave minimal information, like where my room was and what time breakfast was served. She didn't tell me about evening drinks available (I knew it from reading reviews) and didn't offer any additional assistance, like directions, maps, etc. The real positive of this hotel is the location very close to the central train station. I would stay here only if you need to be close to the station or are staying for a day or two. At night, the area is not the best.

The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful, and they gave us a great recommendation for pizza a couple of blocks away. Naples itself is crowded and dirty. I think gritty would be an appropriate adjective, so walking to the pizza place was a little dicey, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The breakfast in the morning was good, but nothing too fancy.

Great location, close to main station and airport bus stop. Ideal for the old town. Vibrant neighbourhood but felt perfectly safe. Staff very attentive, room spotless and breakfast abundant. Excellent value for money!

Good cooperative and friendly staff. Near to city center. Fine breakfast. Bad water drainage causes bad smell in front of elevator door at GF (sorry), also bad water drainage in shower room. Property is well reinnovated but infrastructure needs some work. Thank you valentina and all other guys for your kindness and patience ⭐⭐⭐⭐
