The hotel was in a great location for me. I stayed a week on business and walked three blocks to where I was working. I had a room with a view of the park, but was a bit surprised at the noise so early in the morning and late at night. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety, but the staff is not well organized. Even though it is supposed to start at 7... a bit later than most hotels, they are really not ready by then. The biggest weakness if the slow elevator... I gave up waiting a few times and walked 5 flights down to the lobby. The great part is location! Lots of excellent restaurants within a block or two. Everything from Japanese Sushi to a French Bakery.

Great Hotel
This Hotel is in a great location right across the street from a very nice park The staff are very friendly an helpful had breakfast included an had a good selection of food The room was very nice a quiet beds were very comfortable an had a good night sleep had a nice little mini bar an good selection of television channels I will stay there again

Good location not far out of district 1 & downtown, near Tan Dinh market & church. Prices around the area were much more reasonable than downtown! Hotel staff were wonderful and we were looked after very well. Complements to the breakfast staff and our lovely morning omelettes and their lovely good morning smiles to start our day.

Nice place to stay.
Very close to Tan Dinh (pink) church and Tan Dinh Market, Independence Palace. You can easily walk to the War Museum, Central Post Office, Cathedral, etc. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the top (9th) floorwith a view. We would love to go back again.

The room they gave me stinked of odour. They had 2 more room available to swap with mine, However both were smelly as the first one. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the smell. The rooms are small. The breakfast is horrible. I stayed one night, and changed my hotel the next day. I will never go back to this hotel

It is in it's name Central Park Saigon centrally located close to a lot of activities and convenient. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was nice. I am relocating to Vietnam and they were kind enough to store several suitcases for me while I traveled around and then returned and stayed a few more days. Very nice place overall.

A little further distance than would have liked from central District 1 On the first evening I forgot my room number, this was a big deal for the man who I asked for key upon reception. The only thing I didn’t have to give was DNA !! Ruined wht otherwise was a nice place

We stayed here only for one night and it was fine. The location is quite near some great restaurants and the park is nice as well. The hotel itself is ok. The room we had was without a window (we knew this beforehand). The breakfast is mainly local food. I think it's good for a night, max 2 nights.

Very good value and excellent customer service...across the street from a beautiful park..great for a little oasis from the big bustling city of HCM. Lots of shopping and restaurants around the area. Very walkable. Short taxi rides to most of the places you want to go to see the local sights. The staff at this hotel are amazing, very helpful and friendly. I give the staff 5 stars. The room was definitely a solid 3 stars....very comfortable bed with down pillows. Nice big flat screen TV with many English movie channels. My only complaint...the bathtub was very cheap...didn't fit the space it was built into and it was a little difficult climbing into and out of it to shower. The walls of the tub were too tall and tile floors are slippery when wet. Also, the sliding doors separating the bathroom and the bedroom area were a bit clunky and not well designed. Overall, I still give this gem of a hotel 5 stars (even though it it's a 3 star hotel) because of location, price, comfy bed and great staff. Also, the free buffet breakfast on floor 9 is great everyday too! The room smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke. The hotel should fine people who smoke in non smoking rooms.

Excellent value in a nice neighbourhood
We've stayed in Saigon before, but never in this very nice neighbourhood. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from the center of District 1, but quite different. This is a middle class area with restaurants, open air beer gardens and clubs, and a large park that's in use from early morning until late evening. Prices in this area are not inflated like in District 1.The hotel is modern and well-run. It's great value and includes a buffet breakfast served in the restaurant on the 9th floor. I would stay here again.

The hotel is about 3km from downtown, in district 3. They provide free good breakfast and in house parking. A small park opposite the hotel. A bathtub and safe available in superior room and pillow is comfortable.

Needed a hotel close to family who are working in Ho Chi Minh City. This fitted the bill. Good location for many sights, some walkable, but Uber provides a good service and cheaply priced. Clean, comfortable rooms, good shower, good choice at breakfast. Overall good value.

Would not recommend this hotel. Booked a non-smoking room and got put in one that smelled extremely smoky. Also either the hotel or a building within 10 meters of our room was undergoing some very extreme construction. Loud banging and crashing noises sounding like a jack hammer from 6:30am to 5 in the afternoon. Beds feel like you are sleeping on a pile of wood. Id recommend finding a hotel a little closer to the action as well, this one was a bit out of the way. Breakfast was very bad and even though it goes till 10 food is generally not replenished after 9ish. Also, staff doesn't speak much english so it was hard to get things fixed or get recommendations.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast, the only downside is that it is in district 4 and all the tourist related activities happen in district 1 which is some distance away and may not be walkable for every one.
