Dear Guest,After double check carefully with Spa, We provided a 30% discount on body massage services. However, later, because you desired further reduction, the Spa proposed an additional 20% discount on services such as hair washing, nail care... even though this program is not included in the Spa's promotional offerings. About the issue a small cockroach you as you mentioned, staff at Spa warmly welcomed you and served you tea, but then a small bug suddenly flew in, which both you and the Spa staff noticed. After that, the staff proactively offered to replace the tea cup, but you refused. We are committed to always providing the best service to our guests.
