I'm a repeat resident of EMM Hotel and after an absence of 1 year, I was back to the establishment. The staff are conversant in English, warm and polite. The hotel is still in good shape and the lobby remains Cosy and even improved now that the breakfast buffet has been move to Spice Viet Restaurant in the 1st floor. I got a serviced apartment with an awesome city view with a balcony, thanks to the staff who acceded to my request. It was a pleasant saty and I will return, again and again.

Great location and short distances to around attraction places plus 5 minutes walking distance Tan Dinh market. Friendly staff and price reasonable. A little older building but apartment room is spacious. Enjoy 4 days stay. Buffet breakfast is OK; it would be better if they can offer different type of noodle soup instead of only same repeat 2 choices.

Impressive 3*Star Hotel
Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful even if you approach them for assistance late at night. I'm very impressed with the service quality and good condition of the room. We can also do our laundry for free even thou using our own detergent. Breakfast is average with limited variety due to small hotel. Only downside is tea and coffee is rather plain. Certainly value for money and surprise to find such a quality hotel at less than half the price than those old hotels in District 1. It is centrally located if you intend to visit District 2, 5 and 7. If you only have time for District 1, Vin Home Central Park and District 4, this is a rather far distance to walk. Not recommended for a big group of more than 4 pax due to the everlasting congested traffic and most of the time transport back to hotel has to make a big u-turn due to one-way traffic.

A welcome return visit to this hotel. Friendly, engaging staff. Simple but comfortable room. Great shower. Yet to sample the breakfasts here. Will definitely keep coming back

Good hotel.
EMM hotel was good for us, in the right location / price at the right time. The staff are very attentive and professional and the breakfast was good and varied. The only small criticism is that it’s looking at bit tired and worn in a decorative way in our room and corridors. Probably because the hotel has been very busy and well used? But overall we had a good stay our room was spacious, comfortable and had a good shower. The rooftop bar/lounge wasn’t open on the dates we stayed so cannot comment on this. So generally a good hotel and we would happily stay again.

This is one of my regular hotels whenever my wife and I are in HCMC.Good location, service and value for the money. Although it's a pity the cafe has been relocated from the high floor (impeccable view) to the lobby. But there is now a new Vietnamese restaurant on the first floor which I've yet to try. Next time perhaps. Keep up the quality!

Pleasant stay at EMM Saigon
I enjoyed having such a spacious 2 BR unit with kitchen and sitting area. Very comfortable and pleasant - like home away from home. Loved the location. So central to mnay things to see and do. I would highly recommend it and definitely will come back to stay there in the future. I like it so much that I booked and stayed at the EMM Hoi An also following my trip to Saigon.

Fantastic staff made me very welcome thank-you! It is a great value for money hotel. Only small complaints are that WiFi is not reliable in the room - it always worked but was very slow often. Also - the bed was not the most comfortable - although it did not affect my sleep too much. But - I would stay here again as it was excellent value and very clean and tidy with good food and excellent staff!

Nice modern hotel. Bar on the roof terrace was nice. However the walls were paper thin and you could hear every word being said in the next room or hallway. Location was fine, but would stay in District 1 if I visited again.

Excellent hotel in quiet area
I always stay here because it’s walking distance to RMIT Uni for my official events but it’s also not in the touristy area of Saigon, so it has a more local scene feel. Some interesting places (pink church, market, Pho Hoa) within walking distance, too. Excellent staff! But the breakfast choices are on the bland side. The view is great.

Clean modern hotel with friendly staff
I was only here for one night but I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was really nice - big, very clean and very good shower! Good amenities in the room too - every detail has been considered. Amazing view from the rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was good. Some nice coffee shops nearby. Overall a lovely stay, can't fault it!

Mini Hotel is OK but got charged extra for the kids bed. 25 bucks a night This was not communicated when the room was booked I even called hotels.com and it was stated as all paid Not so! Less than professional communication and website is not forthcoming. Don't like that part

Room too small and dirty, they charged me $456,000 Vietnam currency (~ $20 usd) for the breakfast for 2, even though on their website indicated breakfast is included. Not very happy ...I checked out and stay difference hotel near by with cleaner, bigger room and cheaper than they charged me. Hotel.com should take this hotel off your list.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is friendly although very rigid with their rules. The beds are extremely hard and the bath towels have scene their final days. The location is OK if you don't mind walking or taking a $5 usd cab ride. There are a couple decent restaurants across the street, 1-Argentinian and 1-Seafood. Coffee shops are within 3 blocks. The price is fair for what you get, the rooms are always clean, the noise outside is like any big city environment.

Not very impress on the service as well as the facilities. I reserved a 1 bed room apartment and could not expected there poor view in low floor with this 2nd highest room category. TV inside bed room been removed. The bed is combine with 2 rolling twins bed add on top of a double size mattress.

Great hotel for my needs
It's my fourth time in Ho Chi Minh and am so glad I stayed here this time. It's walking distance to RMIT Uni, which is the reason I come here (offshore PhD). It's also close to Tan Dinh church and market. I love the view from the breakfast area and the varied menu. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms in the higher floors have a good view and are quiet. The room is spacious and modern. We'll be back!
