Good sized room, AC working well was a bonus. Great breakfast. despite warnings of noise, we were pleasantly surprised; city street noises but quieted down plenty of sleep. Staff was kind and accommodating.

The hotel is centrally located. As long as you pay and don't run into any issue, no problem. But if any problem comes up, don't expect management to help you. I lost all my money during one stay (no break-in). When i mention it to the (operation) manager, he assure me that he'll look into it right away, he'll investigate it immediately, and they'll find out who enter my room on that night (previous stay). Yet, never once did he ask me for any details about the incident such as what date, or time, or even what room i stayed in. Makes you wonder what is he going to investigate.

Hi Mr Rick,Thank you for staying at our hotel.Like what we talked to each other on 11/10. We acknowledge the information you said but we also need a detailed report of what happened to you (if any), we also told you that we only support when you have a report. , also directs you to report to the Police. However, we did not see any response from you after meeting.On the other hand, the incident you told us happened more than 1 week after your stay at our hotel. We consider this to be too late. So we just recorded the incident and also checked the CCTV again and found no abnormalities.As you know, our hotel makes great efforts to welcome and protect the safety of guests in the best way. The problem you have encountered is not a common occurrence at our hotel and the hotel management also does not accept all similar incidents at the hotel and does not tolerate any employee's has illegal actions. We are very sympathetic to what you may encounter at our hotel. We tried to help you, but unfortunately the result was not what you expected. Through this feedback, we hope you understand and remove the score you gave us. If you have the opportunity to come back to our hotel in this year, we will return a free room night as our heart to you. Thank you very much and hope to see you soon.

I booked a standard they provide ne a deluxe instead upon checking in the staff never inform me about upgrade i never for. What happen was that room had a share balcony between 2 room side by side i was surprise they provide me that deluxe with a damage lockset. The whole night i was awake till morning cos stranger can easlly ecess to my room. The next morning i told tge receptionist she is aware if the defect lockset. Meaning is that they are risking the life for no reason. Avoid this for christ sake. I checkout the next morning 27/6/2022.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Excellent stay there. Can easily hire a taxi with the help of hotel staff. Simple breakfast but their noodle soup is delicious. I left my haversack in the taxi after shopping. Luckily the hotel staff were able to retrieve it for me. Thumbs up for their excellent services. Will definitely stay there again.

The facilities were clean and hygienic. There was the odd problem with the hot water service of the showers/basin taps, however, this was rectified. A small problem with the toilet - NOT full flushing as well.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this hotel. Ideal for the start when you land 20 mins from airport. Staff are lovely hotel is located in vibrant busy area round the corner but quiet hotel. Clean rooms good breakfast. comfy beds! BONUS! All round just the ticket!

Good Value and close to Walking Street
This is a nice hotel close in the Tourist area and close to Walking Street. My rate included breakfast which was very good and i would recommend including it with your rate. The location is good and bad depending on what you are interested in. its close to alot of things, but there are two large loud night clubs across the street so the room is filled with their noise until 2am or so. So dont plan on sleeping early. otherwise find another location. the staff is very nice and the rooms are good. its a great value i felt.

This is the 2nd times i stay in this hotel , what i like is location . opposite is a club so if you are a light sleep i advise you to avoid this hotel . on the 2nd day i’m not sure why the the house keeping person cleaning the opposite of my room making so much noise in the early morning without considering if he/she are disturbing others sleeping . I can hear the door slamming 8-9times so loud .

Great location
Clean hotel with helpful staff in a good location for sight seeing. Reception staff organised a tour and various cabs to help us get around. Good hotel for our family including my son in a wheelchair.

Acceptable Hotel
Location was great. Just that the hotel is right apposite Yolo and some drinking club. We have no issues with the noisy and sleep thru. Breakfast is simple and varieties too. Walking distance to all the walking streets. Over all satisfied

Liberty Greenview is Great
This is one of my favourite hotels. Great value and location. Street noise and party music from across the road can intrude so bring ear plugs. The hotel staff are first class

Nice hotel in the centre of the city
The only thing is if your room is at the front of the hotel there is a lot of night life and music.It did not particularly bother me.The staff could not do enough to make your stay pleasant.

couple fairly serious problems.
Had to ask three times for air conditioning to be fixed. My good wool sports coat was sent out clearly marked DRY CLEANING but came back unpressed looking like it had been washed and tumble dried - leaving me in the lurch for a major public event. .

Cosy stay in Liberty
Location is perfect for traveller like me near to the Bui Vien Street and Ben Thanh market. Room was clean and its condition also nice but since this hotel is located near the crowded area, the noise from there cannot be avoided. However, I love to stay here again !

Clean nice and simple. Staff are not the just efficient. We checked in for 2ppls & was only supplied facilities for 1person. I had to request 3imes for extra shower gel. (Yes I could buy myself locally but that missed the point)

It's ok
It was nice to be able to check in early. Very friendly staff. The room was OK but very noisy and very bright. There's a glass wall between bathroom and room next to the bed and the bathroom doesn't have curtains making the room very very bright early in the morning.

It walking distance from many restaurant and bars.

In the middle of the tourist and shopping areas.
Mine was just a short 4 day visit to Ho Chi Mein to revisit some of the places I enjoyed during my 19 months living there. Enjoyed some really good messages and did shopping for my girls. Oh! Don't miss the Jamo a Almond Fudge ice cream just around the corner.

The Hotel Liberty Saigon Greenview was awesome to me while I was staying at Ho Chi Min. I strongly recommend this Hotel if you are tourist because it was really convenient to travel around. Also the breakfast was good and clean, Above all, the staffs were soooooo kind.

Worst Hotel Experiance I Have Ever Had!
I arranged a shuttle pick up from the airport through email and received several confirmations. However it took 3days to get a confirmation when trying via email and calling the hotel. No answer. They replied the evening before my arrival. Then I got to the airport to find no pick up. We waited for 45min, read over the directions from the hotel yet again and nothing and no one. When we arrived the manager decided to yell/scold us on where we were and why didn't I call them. I reread him his own email, and said we waited over 45min, asked around and no one was there. He was mean and aggressive, unprofessional. Then to top it all, the two nights we stayed, there was a concert going on to the wee hours of the morning, that was so loud you couldn't do anything. Watch TV, talk to anyone, etc. It was so loud you could hear the rumble in your chest and it shock the windows and doors. The minor things compared to the horrific noise was that their internet was out and I called for help and they wanted access to my personal computer to change a bunch of stuff, when it was their connection problem. I wouldn't let them and then some how it miraculously worked. They were also rude and abrupt and just seemed shady. The morning I left, the air conditioner flooded the hotel room like a waterfall coming from the sky. I recommended this hotel to 2 other friends who also had this horrible experiance, and it was a horrible ending to my trip. I spent more money on this hotel than any other.
