Nice modern hotel in the heart of HCM City

Hotel is in district one and location is walking distance to all the near attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Muslim Street and Night market. There is wide selection for breakfast too!

surprised of auto upgrading the room for us.

Pros: the staffs service is great
Cons: Breakfast in Residence Club if can be improve will be great.
Location: walking sitance to nearby night market
My trip was booked via Expedia , during the check in we will very surprised that Expedia has actually auto upgrade our room to Residence Club without informing me . In Residence Club floor we can enjoy free flow of cocktail and snack during evening hours between 5pm to 730pm. The staffs service was excellent . Thank you Expedia .

Nice and very convenience hotel if you stay in HCM

Pros: Good location, have all services you need for your vacation, convenience for shopping, big pool for kids, great buffet breakfast.
Cons: Hotel staff
Location: Very close to Ben Thanh market, shopping centers.
Pros:Hotel locates in a center of HCM city so it's very convenience to go to other places. Love buffet breakfast here, lot of options for us to choose. Big swimming pool and very clean as well. Room furniture looks a little bit out of date but that's ok, bed is very comfortable. One thing I would like to recommend this hotel because they want to make sure customer satisfied with their stay. After I mentioned the room smell moldy, they called us and moved us to another room with a city view. Cons: maybe this hotel is big so the staff can't remember who stays at the hotel and who not so I don't feel their greeting every time I walked by the main entrance. Anyway, I'm very happy with my stay and the would come back next time if I visit HCM city.

Terrible service, food and rood housekeeping.

the food was terriblen and expensive. Had worst pizza in years.They did not allow us to charge to room even though we had a guaranteed deposit. They had even someone follow us to ATM as if we where going to run away. Crazy. Room is noisy and the cleaning service is not good. They forgot all towels the next morning and when I called in the morning they where very rood and took them 1 hour to bring 2 towels. Second time to stay here and will be my last for sure.

Great view of HCHM busy streets

Pros: Nice and very clean facilities. Look like almost every rooms had a view. My room view was the busy streets crossing which I can see traffic exciting !
Cons: none
Location: 5 minutes walking to Ben thanh market and many good eating within walking distance.
I enjoyed the swimming pool, the garden area and the gym during my 2 days stay ! Staff members were nice and helpful from the time I arrived until I left the hotel.

Close to everything

Yesterday Dec 11 was the fourth time I returned to New world hotel cause everything is excellent to me. I love it I love it. And my wife is every happy with it too.

Hotel location is excellent!

New World's location is excellent is right in the heart of district one. The hotel facilities are ok but the overall condition is slightly dated. Service is good.

Staffs were not attentive

Location: Shops near by
We are a group of 4 people. Both checking in and out of the hotels, there was no staff to help move the luggages.

Pleasant stay..will recommend to others

Pros: The room in super clean..they do house cleaning twice a day..room is spacious and fully equipt with basic amneties.they have pillow menu too.
Doorman should be attentive and cheerful.they should greet or at least node or smile to make the visitor feels welcome. stayed in other 5star hotel in vietnam, they are more sensitive with muslim customer ..eg: they have special cutleries marked with different colour, they note which food in buffet menu is halal and even prepare it for the customer. Staf at the counter should be well versed in english too.
