The apartment is spacious and nicely decorating. I loved the view from the balcony. The refrigerator is old and rusty, it needs to be replaced a new one. Other than that, it's pretty nice.

Love Saigon Domaine. after staying here we went to Park Royal Hotel which is probably one of the nicest hotels in Saigon. We ended up coming back to Saigon Domaine as it was much more comfortable and relaxed. much bigger rooms and on the river.

Nice large rooms. Great that you can get free shuttle buses and/ or a speedboat into town. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Needs a bit of upgrading,, getting a bit dated and worn.

Great family stay
A great location overlooking the river and the city - a little out of zone 1 but for us that was a bonus getting away from it all. The complimentary speed boat shuttle into the city (20 mins) certainly makes up for it. The biggest apartment hotel suite by far we have ever stayed at - we had the 3 bed apartment equipped with a washing machine. Staff were simply brilliant - English speaking - the reception staff were particularly helpful. Breakfast was served on a floating pontoon, the selection and variety was good to suite all tastes. According to our children - the best breakfast in Vietnam. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and the food was excellent and relatively good value considering your in a hotel... We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to book another 2 nights later in our trip. For the price, excellent value for money and a great option for families.

Front desk was very helpful, she explained their transportation services and helpful hints around the city. Views from the hotel are amazing. The pools were fun. A shallow one for our toddler, and a deeper one for the older kids. The playroom was helpful. A room where the kids could yell and throw toys for an hour. The breakfast was okay, similar to a three star. The fruits were really sweet. We had a nice and relaxing time here. No issues.

Just stayed one night. Upper floors have good view. You can see Saigon River. Building and facilities are bit tired though, still in good condition and clean. Room itself is spacious. It's quite calm inside the building. Unfortunately, hotel boat is not available. But they support the transport to nearest waterbus station. For the staff, some of them are friendly, but not all of them are nice. It's still acceptable because they can speak English so far.

What a beautiful place. Our apartment was beautiful. Couldn't believe how big it was and how quiet considering the noise on the street. Only regret was only staying one night. Would recommend to anyone you will feel at home the second you check in.

We like everything on this property, it’s like an away home where everything you need is there comfortable beds, living rooms, clean bathrooms with full kitchen, washer/dryer and even dishwasher. The rooms are decorated beautifully and we love the convenience of shuttle bus and speed boat that bring us to the city. Friendly and helpful front desk staff are ever ready to render assistance and we were much appreciative that they allowed us to have an early check-in and upgraded our room. We love to be back again if we ever visited HCM again.

Nice hotel bit far out.
3 Night stay. Hotel out from main district 1 but hotel has free shuttle boat out 3 times a day. Very big apartment ,but in need of some updating. Staff and cleaners very polite. Breakfast good enough slightly limited choice. Pool and area around needs attention. Very moldy dirty tiles in pool.

Biggest room I’ve ever seen! Got upgraded to a 3-bedroom suite. Plenty of space and loved the views from the balcony. Could do without the karaoke shop next door. Gets very loud at night. My daughter loved the shuttle boat ride into Ho Chi Minh! Pool was big but a bit on the dirty side. Wonderful breakfast with eggs and pho made to order.

What we liked: The breakfast was excellent. Sitting on the Saigin River early morning eating my favorite breakfast foods and drinking coffee was fantastic; the whole family loved it—both western and Asian foods. The hotel staff helped us with taxi service when we needed, as well as their van service to and from places. The hotel room had 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 2 balconies—one with furnisings to sit, an extremely large living room, HBO, Fox Movies (in English),CNN, a large foyer, ironi with ironing board, and a great view. Let us not forget the sauna and pool—both were very good. The staff’s English was not bad—each was better than another's. What we did not like: Their boat was broken so we could not take advantage of this. More choices of food on their hotel menu would be nice. We would absolutely stay their again!

Old property that is far from the city centre
Appliances in the apartment were very old and mouldy. The washing machine needed to be replaced as it was not working, which tells me that they are not checking prior to letting the apartments out. The dishwasher was releasing dirty water that made the dishes dirtier. As a result, we just hand washed the dishes ourselves. Shower was blocked so it was almost like having a shower and a bath at the same time. The swimming pool was small and can comfortably just fit in 2 people (if you want to have a swim) and very mouldy as well. I suggest you find an apartment in the city centre (I had a few options which were probably newer when I was booking this stay), they are quite a few. Taxi ride back and forth all adds up and traffic is not the best in Saigon.

Beautiful updated apartments in a peaceful area. Breakfast was amazing!! I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. Friendly service and very helpful! It’s a distance from the city but that’s ok, I’d definitely stay here again!
