Front desk, concierge and check-in was good, maybe because it is not so busy now, but there is adequate counter space to handle peak hours too.
Displeased with housekeeping in the morning.
Even with "Do not disturb" on, they would go around at 9am knocking on the door and shouting "laundry", again at around 10am, knocking and shouting "housekeeping".
Not good for people planning to sleep in.
The best thing is that the on-site casino is giving $100 USD worth of freeplay for guests staying inside Sheraton, just tell them the room number when signing up for the membership card.
