Great location
Great location of hotel. Walking distance to most of the local attraction, within 5-10min. It is located at the end of Main Street, away from noise. Hotel food repeating every 2 days, a bit disappointed with that.

It's clean
Staff is professional enough. They were like. Hi here's the key to your room. The elevator is over there. They said we got an upgrade. Two full bed versus a queen bed. For me and my wife? Upgrade? We downgraded to a one queen bed room. :). I'm suspicious when I hear we get upgraded. How you know if you actually get an upgrade? Or just bs. Room is somewhat small but clean. Breakfast is decent. When I checked out, I forgot an apple cable which was promptly returned.

The location is very good it's very center of Saigon. And th hotel is pretty big even it's 3 stars

Good hotel near to independence palace, war remnants museum and Saigon shopping mall. Would stay here again.

Certainly the best in its category
We always come to TTC Hotel in Saigon, once a month on average. It's perfectly located downtown, staff is nice and helpful, it's comfortable and very cheap! I highly recommend.

Convenient and clean hotel
Ours was a junior deluxe room, small (smaller than my first impression because I bumped onto the bed corner practically every day of my stay) but clean, has a window but looking out to the back of other buildings. the area we are at seems a up-class region, things are rather expensive. There’s no tour desk at the lobby but the front desk staff gave us some useful tour package brochures that gave us an indicator of the prices. Front desk staff is polite but does not initiate assistance nor go an extra mile. We were caught in a heavy downpour one night, completely drenched! The next evening, we borrowed an umbrella from the front desk and the concierge boy loan us one right away. The following morning, the sky again looked gloomy, so we approached the front desk again (there was a change of shift). But this time, they refused to lend us, saying we would be using it for too many hours. We had wanted to buy one, but the places we visited don't seem to have any umbrella sellers. Anyway, the hotel is situated in the midst of many tourist spots such as, the Opera House, Saigon river, Vincom Centre, Parkson, etc. Breakfast at hotel is very simple with limited choices, taste is average but not disappointing.

All things are good, but the only thing that i wanna say is that i ordered 1 double room with dual bed and they gave us 2 single beds. I told the server, but they said they dont have dual bed...........

Mistake choice
Regretting, unrespect to the guests, I thought it is good but it is against that it's like a present with a hidden rules. The rules are covered. But a fter 5 hours, I discovered there ways then I change it directly also without asking me why!! Is it a hotel? Hhhh..

TTC is a great hotel in a great location at a great price. The rooms were clean and fresh, although slightly small.. The size of the room did not detract from the comfort though.

nice hotel close to the action
Room was nice a view of the river, close to the city and walking distance to everything else! Yes there is some city noise but the hotel is off the main road so it's not that bad. Hotel amenities are great and the beds are comfy the breakfast you can get fried eggs or omelettes, and selection of fruit. Among other things. Overall for what you pay a night $35-40 a night I think you get more than what you paid for.

Hotel is OK
After seeing the ad on hotels.com with a fair price I was impressed with the photos and had booked our first night in Saigon at TTC hotel. We got a decent room with a view of the river, the bathroom is tiny but the room does not look anything like the photos at all. I like the location as it is near Sheraton hotel and lots of tourists in the neighbourhood but still quite a distance to the Ben Thanh market. I went on with my trip for a few days and returned for another night but we arrived pretty late like almost midnight and this time was given a smaller room with no winder and poor wifi connection so we checked out the next day for a better location hotel which is double the price here.

We stayed for one night and the location is perfect safe. We booked for a double/queen bed but got two single beds which is fine however the room is small and so is the bathroom. Overall, it's fair.

I love the staff- friendly and accommodating - hotel is clean and located at the center of tourist attractions. Except for the clogged bathroom plumbing. We called maintenance and for 3 days , nothing has been done to it. Considering we got 2 de luxe rooms, both rooms have the same problem. But everything else is good.

Great location and breakfast buffet
Apart from the fact our room had no window, everything was fine. The location was very good - very central and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and a great way to start each day.

Avoid at all costs
Extremely rude front desk staff. Also, room is not equipped with safe box like it says so if you travel with valuables, this might be an issue. Would not recommend.

Careful what you book...
The rooms advertised and offered online do not exist! They are selling rooms that have Not been finished-under construction. Careful what you book...what you see is not what you get...Good location, close to restaurants.

You get what you pay for
Firstly, at the time i booked the hotel - it was a different name ( so my cab driver found it hard to find the hotel) Secondly, when i arrived - the booking confirmed there would be one double bed but instead we were given a room with 2 twin beds. Thirdly, when we checked in, the staff told us that the grand opening wasnt happening for a few days. There was alot of noise and consturction happening. There was a terrible glue smell in our room. I only stayed there 3 nights in the junior deluxe. I guess for the price i paid - it did the job. Clean sheets and clean shower. I wouldnt stay there again as I would rather stay near Ben Thanh Market.

Good Stay Better Service
The hotel staff were helpful with giving us a lot of information and called the taxi for us and spoke good English. They were also quite honest and didn't let the taxi driver overcharge us. The room was a little small but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not bad at all. We got to the hotel quite late and didn't explore much, but from our experience the location seemed kinda remote, but on a redeeming level the Mediterranean restaurant down the street from the hotel is fantastic and a must try if you have a hankering for Mediterranean food.
