I called hotel because we were running late due to the tournament. I was told it was fine and when we arrived i was told by manager they had canceled our reservation due to not being there snd they tried to charge my card without success. Manager claims they tried to call me, but they wouldn't try to help us out. Terrible customer service.

The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was my key not working the very first evening. Probably was my fault but there wasn’t any other issue.

This one did not have a hot tub like pictured in pool area which is why we choose this one. We tried to find the cheapest hotel with a hot tub and pool we didn’t even get to swim. We went for our anniversary. The breakfast was okay but We should’ve just went up to Cracker Barrel. The breakfast room was quiet small as well. Maybe good to go if no kids are there.

3rd time staying at this hotel. Was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was hot. It is what it is.

Pros: Clean, good breakfast, good location.
Cons: Noise and billing.
Location: Average.
All aspects of this hotel were good except two. The room was not sound proof. Being a light sleeper, the TV noise from other rooms was noticeable until after 12 midnight, as was talking and footsteps from the floor above. The room HVAC could not be set to run the fan constantly to produce any white noise. I was charged $14.95 more than I had booked and had to resolve it through the web company that I booked through, even though the hotel receipt was printed correctly.
