Very cheap and you get what you pay for

It is a very cheap accomodation and the staff members were lovely. The linen seemed to be updated, but the mattress must have been very old, the spring was gone. The free wifi was fantastic, but there were lots of disappointing elements. For instance, even though the room door can be accessed easily from outside, the chain lock wasn't attached to the door. I didn't realise that the motel was in a rather rough area of Hobart until I turned up there, so I was a little scared at night. The bathroom was clean enough, but not nice. I could hear people upstairs talking, it was just an uncomfortable night. I booked this room at the very last minute because of the price, but I had wished that I spent extra $20-30 to make myself comfortable for the night. I guess you get what you pay for - it was okay, but I won't stay here again.

Hi we are not allowed to have chain locks on doors ohs policy not sure what room you stayed in as we can rectify the mattress problem as most mattresses have been place, the area is safe and it is a fast developing area with middle class neighbors,
Thank you for your feed back happy travelling
