It was dirty when I got there, there was pee in the toilet when I arrived and it looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets from the previous person.

They are under total reconstruction. The place is not at all what you all described. Not all your fault just so you know it is very old and torn up but they were polite and the room was clean. Thanks

The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very nice! Plus they gave me a must-see recommendation, but I wasn’t able to see it due to a reservation being needed. I got a lot of business work done while I was here. It was perfect for a one-night drive-through stay. The place is currently being upgraded as renovations are currently under way.

The room did not look as pictured, there was dirt all over the floors, mirror was filthy, walls were gross, tv didn’t work, a/c wasn’t working as it should.

This Hotel was the worse hotel we have stayed in choosing from Expedia. The owner was very rude and hateful. The room was still messed up and dirty from the previous people. We had asked the cleaning lady if she was going to clean it and she said NO. So we cleaned it and stayed for the night because we were tired from driving. So long story short we only stayed one of the two nights and still had to pay.

I did not like how dirty the room was the sheets were full of stains and rips the floor was dirty when we got there I had to wipe down the desk it was filthy the restroom vanity was dirty the floor was dirty white socks turned black in a matter of minutes the restroom door would not close properly there was rat and roach poop on the window sill I would not have stayed there if I would of known it would be that way unfortunately other hotels around were full or did not have the room type I needed for my stay

Great place to stay. Looked like in process of doing some updating to property, but was really nice n quiet. Great idea r concept of having covered area for vehicles and u get outta ur vehicle and walk right into ur room. If there is bad weather like when I was there IT IS GREAT.!.! Vehicle is under cover and u don’t have to Mae a run for it to get into vehicle…. Wish I had taken pics… For place to stay in Hobbs, Should really check this place out.!.!.! Nothing to fancy but Great Place.!.!.!

The staff was very friendly, but the property was horrible, the roads in the property, the exterior of the units is so rundown. dont even know where to begin, the rooms are so run down, dirty, cockroaches and other small bugs, and looks like they never clean the rooms, the doors bearly locked, horrible renovations, beds and sheets were stained, please never stay or bring your family here. So dirty that I did not shower.

I couldn’t get the key card to open the door. It looked as though someone had tried to break in at one time, the lock was busted on the door. I called the lady that checked me in and she came and tried to open it which unlocked the first time but when she tried the second time it wouldn’t unlock. She tried several more times before she called for this other person to come unlock it. He didn’t even try the key card just used his keys. I didn’t even leave for fear that I wouldn’t be able to get back in. Once I got in the room wasn’t nice. There was a hole in the bedspread that looked like someone had burnt it. When taking a shower the water was staying on the bottom so u couldn’t take a long shower or u would have water running on the floor. The dresser had duct tape on the drawers. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Unless the other rooms aren’t bad. Just make sure u don’t get room 125.
