Hobbs

Pros: Decent, affordable hotel and within reasonable distance from the event center in Hobbs, NM.
Cons: Fix elevator, and shampoo carpet.
Hotel building is 3 stories high and the elevator was not working, but the staff was very accommodating and placed us on the first floor with no problems. Very friendly staff and the rooms were well kept with one exception. The carpet was sticky and dirty.

convenient hotel

Clean comfortable hotel with good breakfast. The room was not prepared for four guest. There were only three of some linens, only two of each coffee. Shouldn't a hotel housekeeping staff be advised of how many guest to expect?

Great stay

We where in town for a family reunion Quality Inn was a great place to stay was very reasonable on price, beds where very confortable, room was clean, staff was friendly, lovation was good, and indoor pool was geeat for the kids. Thanks Quality Inn for making our vacation great!!

Very Comfortable and Homey Hotel

We experienced excellent service from staff. Room was clean and ready. Fantastic breakfast the next morning. Will definitely recommend to all. Really enjoyed our stay!

Some things need attention.

Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Sounds buffered between rooms
First want to say that Elizabeth was such a nice and helpful, friendly person! Such an asset to your company. The room was comfortable and adequate for us but there is some electrical issues that needs to be addressed especially for people with small children. One plug in needed a cover it was just open bare. Also, bare wires were twisted together to make one of the light fixtures to work. But even more distressing was how easily we could hear our neighbors TV on. The TV was on the ENTIRE night! Around 2am I think someone must have complained because I heard their door shut and the TV went off. But was only off for 30 minutes or so then came back on and stayed on. In motels there needs to be more or at least some insulation in the walls to muffle sounds of TV's, people laughing etc. It is not pleasant when rest is needed. 1 L 1

It was ok its an oil town So you have people up at 4am getting ready for work but breakfast was good
