This hotel has many facilities for seminars and small conferences which give it a pleasant campus feeling. Admirers of mid-Century design will appreciate its classic style. Breakfast was almost too delicious -- requires good willpower not to eat too much. Quiet location set back from street but still convenient to transportation. The restaurant is not open at lunchtime and the nearest restaurants are a kilometer away. Dinner was very good. The local museums rival London and Paris for the quality of exhibitions, but are not crowded or expensive.

I drove specifically to this hotel because it was advertised that a room with a double bed was available. But in the room were only two single beds. When I asked about it, I was told that no rooms with double beds were available. Moreover the hallways in the hotel were awful. The rest was fine.

Sadly not very clean
Staff was generally friendly, though they told us that we had to pay at check in. The room's cleanliness was okay at best, the floor in the bathroom was really dirty in the corners and the carpet in the room and hallway had many stains. The breakfast was great though. All in all, I had worse hotels, but for this price point I also had much better ones.

Nice one night stay
Normal out of town medium rate hotel. Large car park (you had to pay) liked the coffee Machine in the bedroom (went out and bought extra cartridges for) walkable to the town centre.

This was an unremarkable hotel with staff who left you feeling like they were doing you a favour. The room was quite comfortable but unremarkable and given the staff attitude we wouldn’t stay again

Good hotel clean and tidy room is good and has everything you need. I stopped for the f1 tram to Mannheim station was good and easy to catch. Only rubbish part was the restaurant not much choice and overpriced!!!

Great location
The hotel is centrally located to attend classes at the Bildungszentrum der Bundeswehr and experience the restaurants nearby in Mannheim. The breakfast was well stocked and plenty of options. Plenty of parking, staff speaks english, would stay here again.

The restaurant was unexpectedly closed on the sunday night, and there was no sign to inform the guests. Nearest place to eat was a 10-15 minute walk away and it was 38°c by this point, too hot to be walking anywhere. The breakfast is very overpriced. The staff in general were great, and very helpful.

A great location across from Beautiful Luisenpark
The location is just fantastic in the center of the City right next to the beautiful Luisenpark. Do not miss a visit of this amazing park! The hotel is recent, clean and practical but the rooms was not ideal for a family and the bed a bit firm.

Nicely close to highway. Clean. Booked two rooms, one room perfect, the other room had hard matresses, noisy aircon with bip-noise every 5 seconds. Reception informed, they said it was random when the aircon would make this sound and for security reasons...could not eliminate the noise. Did not sleep that night. Breakfast ok if you do not have food allergies. Nice coffee and variety of youghurts, breakfast a little expensive. Called the day before to get information. Was misinformed on prices for breakfast and at what age kids pay for breakfast. Parking for 10 hours at hotel parking lot only 3 euros.

Overall very satisfied and the breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable but maybe the only thing I can complain about is the fridge in our room was just lukewarm and you need to pay for parking.

The room was clean and decent. But that was it. The hallways, public space, parking lot, elevators were all dirty and beat up. The hotel looked liked it needed a renovation and the desk clerk said it was a year ago. Breakfast was $19euro per person and not worth it. Parking was $9euro per night but people just parked all over the streets as there was not control. The front desk clerk even looked at me funny when I asked for dinner recommendations. I felt like everything was either met with a “no” or a price tag.

A bit hard to locate
The carpark is hard to locate, or rather the entrance, had to drive around twice to find it. Trees block the view and the sign was not obvious. Check in was long due to a group in front.oom basic somewhat outdated but adequate. overall fair value for money.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was conveniantly located for my needs. Service was good and room was fine with decent amnesties. Hotel is not new and that is starting to show but it seems that rooms are well maintained.

Stayed here for only one night for a concert at SAP Arena. Good location if doing that activity (tram is right out front and only about 10 minutes away. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. The restaurant has a limited menu but will do in a pinch. Seemed like a hotel for tourists, so if that is your thing a great choice, if you want something more geared towards the local experience I would look elsewhere.

it is a very nice hotel, 10 minutes away from city center. I heard parking is $9, however you can park on the parkway if you can find an empty spot.

Stayed three nights
Pleasant staff, nice room, adjustable room temperature, in a quiet area yet close to town centre. Could be cleaned better (not vacuum cleaned when I arrived, nor during my stay).

Nice hotel, very friendly staff and good location. The bus/tram stops weren't actually next door, but a 5 minute walk. Weather was too cold fot a MiddleEastern so that was my only issue!

Nice hotel with nice backyard for the restaurant
Nice hotel with nice backyard for the restaurant and coffee shop in the evening. Service of the "evening time coffee shop" was slow and unreliable.
