“Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.”

“Property is self catering house at edge of the town. Spacious and decent kitchen. Road quiet (liked that) and easy access to nature reserve/countryside walks. Parking a bit of an issue but didn’t detract from our stay. ”

“Very clean and spacous as we was only staying over night... local to town by taxi or a short drive. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast if we needed to. Great little shop across the road, with all sort of different treats. ”

“The host communicated well and was exceptionally kind. We accidently left a computer behind and they made retrieving it easy. The house was as-described and cozy for our family. We felt at home. ”

“The flat was a good size the reason for the poor review was there was no hot water. It was late 11pm but I had just travelled from London so was late to the property. ”

“Absolutely perfect for a weekend break- room and facilities spotless, and location is right in the middle of the city minutes from Hockley and great food/bars. Check-in online takes a few minutes and then you’re sent an electronic code to access property. Will definitely be returning. ”
