“Does what it says on the tin. A no frills property but equally very comfortable, clean and helpful friendly staff. Despite the room being above a pub I was not disturbed by noise as I went to bed each night. Breakfast very good with a good selection.”

“Hi arrived around 2 30am, no-one was about , other than a guest waitfor towels for the room, whe we got to the room it had no toilet paper or towels, we had a drink, but again no spoons, the bed was very cheap and lumpy and hard. We had to sleep with the window open, because of the heat ,the road was very loud. The window had a broken safety catch, so a child could fall out, the bed was under the window, the room looked to have been made up to a third word standard, I think it's owners……
