The hotel is nice and clean. Hotel staffs are super friendly. We had one early morning train and we could not find a taxi. The owner of the hotel dropped us at the station on early morning. He was so helpful. Definitely recommend to stay.

Employees were very kind, and everything as clean. they accommodated our late checkin. Breakfast was great with breads, boiled eggs, lunch meats, cheeses, cereals, etc. Very close to Ballenberg museum (If you go to that museum plan on spending several hours-we only went for a couple of hours, and didn't really get to do much) warning: Freeway on south side of lake Brienz closes at 8:00 PM, so we had to go on the north side, through Brienz (after getting hopelessly lost-Don't attempt to go on the south side of the lake at all-after 8 PM!)-I think it will be closed at least through 2024.)
