Nice hotel great pool

This is a nice hotel with a great breakfast. It's a little far away from the town but the offer free bikes and it does not take too long to walk. The taxis are also very cheap

Great location, love the free beach bungalows and the hotel pool. Rooms really clean and beautiful big bath to relax in. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel

Pros: Staff
Cons: Rooms could possibly benefit from updating
Location: Located half hour walk centrally between the beach and the old town, need to be fairly fit to go to either on foot
nice hotel located between the beach and the old town, half hour walk from each, excellent friendly staff, good breakfast, clean well maintained rooms a little dated perhaps, still comfortable however.

Nice friendly staff.

Room was very basic for money and noisy on the road. Breakfast very basic too. Internet broke down.

Uncompromised comfort with cheap price

Pros: Comfort and nice people.
Cons: WIFI did not work anymore when two large touring groups arrived. Door ring did not work sometimes. Elevator door is too heavy and it could hurt.
Location: Location is good enough for a balance between an old town and countryside.
Breakfast food is yummy. Staff are helpful in providing local knowledge and when emergency. One staff Phuc helped out to wrap my father's bleeding hand when accident arose. Chic decor. Price is among the cheapest of all Accor hotels.

Not far from ancient city but close to restaurants

Beautiful pool. Comfortable and clean rooms good sized smaller hotel. Only minor gripe was getting pool side beverage and not always cleanup. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Nice hotel but

Nice hotel but bell boy very cheeky keeps harassing me and my girlfriend for a private car to the airport so he can get extra cash Also lied about not having buses in the town to the airport, would not recommend for couples

Do not stay here.

i stayed at this hotel 3 yrs ago and loved it. But it has changed ownership to the Mercure chain and is in disarray. Unpleasant 4 days with 2 booked rooms- 3 room changes for both our parties due to water/ plumbing problems. It was unnervingly cold in our last 2 rooms - we wore our coats in the room at all times. The staff, although lovely, had no clue how to work the temperature controls. Despite an upgrade the second day to a room with running water, the new room had the same problem. While showering on the last day I was left wet and half clean. My friend's room burst a pipe in the ceiling flooding the bathroom and soaking all his personal items with dubious water. The wireless often goes off necessitating calls to reboot their system. We paid full price for accommodation that was misrepresented as 4 star and I got was a lengthy description of their plumbing problem and an apology via email from the manager (he was away when I asked for him and paid the bill). It was like ordering pizza and getting one with just toppings, no crust "because the baker was sick". Totally unacceptable, especially considering I paid twice the price it cost in 2013 and this property is listed as a 4 star resort.
