The house keeping was so good such that we enjoyed every night here.
The room service did never let us down. Delicious and not too expensive ( of course we could have cheaper foods through Grab, but not good quality every time)!

"Our first time to stay in Hoi An, and we pick the La Siesta Hotel and Spa. This is the birthday celebration for my husband, and staff Emily from the Temple was so helpful by arranging a lava chocolate cake at night. Also, Long & Ngoc from the front office shows their passion to assist us during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Hoi An"
"Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days.
Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
