We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

A massive thank you to the electric mini bus driver, he helped us out at the hotel car park and drove us back from Salcombe, very polite and knowledgeable person. Facilities at the hotel amazing and right on the beach. Spa staff just as amazing as everyone who worked there. Food in the restaurant great quality and reasonable prices. Continental breakfast just perfect. Thank you for an awesome stay."

"Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking for such a large hotel we had to park miles down the road in a side road."
